Not a trustworthy

I don’t know why they don’t have the zero anyway one star for me is zero rating signed up a contract Sim only £10 A month and after that £20 for the rest of the contract I asked representative at least about three or Four time before I take out the Sim he said no your money won’t go up real state £20 till end of the contract checked my bank and they have been stealing an extra 54p out of my account Made a complain I’ve been told the representative you spoke to gave you the wrong information well it’s not my problem looking forward to make a complain to Ofcom I lost my trust Kinjan Your service is not a good service your service is only a good service if the customer tell you your service is good service your service is absolutely rubbish for the last 10 years go to hell

That's definitely not the kind of experience we'd want you to go through. Your contract is subject to increase by RPI (Retail Price Index) impacting for the year. Retail Price Index (RPI) is a measure of inflation in the UK. It means that companies can increase the cost of goods or services in line with inflation, that could be the reason your monthly price is extra by 0.54p.
