I paid for a RUSH item online - SCAM

I paid for a RUSH item online, with many "upgrades" which made it more than $250 for one doll. When I got my confirmation, they said that they "forgot" that they also needed to charge me another $30 for an additional upgrade; this was not mentioned in the order, wasn't even an option on their buffet of extra things you can pay for, and would have made the extra three inches on the doll I ordered cost as much as a second doll. I emailed back saying refund the $50 I paid for that upgrade, I wasn't paying another $30 for something that was never mentioned and being charged after the fact. Got another email that said they would do a $20 upgrade instead for "no extra charge" - so they would keep the original $50 I paid and give me an ugrade instead that cost $20 on their website. I told them to cancel my order and that I wasn't comfortable doing business with them. It takes a long time for them to respond, so this has dragged on for days and they wouldn't agree to cancel and refund my order until I said I was disputing the charge with my credit card. I still haven't received confirmation that they are refunding, I would never do business with this company again. What kind of honest business sends links for additional payments they "forgot" to charge (and that are not referenced on their site or in the order forms) days after an order is placed and payment processed?

Don't have the books but will charge you anyway

I ordered a textbook online, my credit card was charged (they charge before they even ship apparently) and then, a week later, got an email that they don't have the book. So - class starts in a few days and I have to start over and won't have my book. Their website says "in stock" and I have to wait to get my money back too. Would never order from this site.

Completely unreliable

Completely unreliable, no customer service. Ordered three items for a birthday a week prior to when I needed them, and paid for express shipping (which cost almost as much as the items themselves). Two items shipped and arrived, the other three are delayed by at least FOUR DAYS. Supposed to arrive on the 7th, estimating delivery on the 11th. So I paid a ton for express shipping to get the items more than a week after they were ordered and almost a week from the guaranteed delivery date. No notification from Redbubble, no way to contact customer service, will insist on shipping refund and don't even want the items now - have to scramble to get something else for birthday. Would not order from this site again.

The customer service is non-existent

The customer service is non-existent, there is no way to contact anyone by phone or email. I placed an order a week ago that hasn't shipped, no idea when it will ship and cannot get in touch with anyone to find out. Placed a second order and have the same issue with shipping and arrival times. They certainly know how to send emails since they spam me about 10 times a day, but they don't want anyone getting in touch with them. Dead end trying to get any service.

This was a travesty

This was a travesty. The website specifically says there are 25 beef jerky bits in different flavors for the calendars I ordered. There are 9 jerky bites and 16 pork sticks! I specifically ordered the one that had no pork sticks listed as we don't eat pork (some of the calendars list pork sticks in contents) - there were only beef jerky listings included on website and yet we got a box full of pork sticks. False advertising and bad customer service.

Categorically the worst delivery…

Categorically the worst delivery company, worse than the USPS. Never on time, cannot get anyone in customer service. Ever. Packages say they will deliver and then don't, packages sit for a week with no movement and no estimated delivery date. I try to avoid ordering from anywhere that uses FedEx, it is unreliable and frustrating 100% of the time.

Terrible customer service - never received item

Ordered from them, the delivery service they used failed to deliver, was impossible to deal with, and we sent multiple emails to customer service - it has been weeks now and we still haven't gotten a single response. In the meantime, our item made it all the way to our neighborhood but PiggyShip couldn't figure out how to find our house (despite having the exact address, which was confirmed through email and a call with customer service after a two hour wait on hold). Now, the item is being returned to China and we have to try to get a refund. Complete waste of time and money, would never order from this company, good luck getting your item delivered or getting a response from them if there are issues. Wish I could give zero starts.

Unable to deliver as promised (and charged)

Ordered two swimsuits, paid for expedited shipping. It has been 18 days since they shipped and they still have not arrived nor do they have an estimated delivery date. Cupshe will not refund the purchase even though I've made it clear I no longer want the items (I've since purchased other swimsuits through another site that actually was able to deliver). I'm supposed to wait endlessly for them to arrive, and by the time they do my return window will be closing. Not to mention I've spent too much time chasing this down, tryng to get a refund, etc. Colossal waste of time and money, will never order from this site again.

Best Buy is a joke

Best Buy is a joke. I ordered a washing machine, set up delivery, confirmed it multiple times and waited at home ALL day for delivery. Turns out, they called my phone (from a random and unknown number) while I was working in my home office. I didn't answer. They turned around and left. These delivery drivers did not leave their truck, did not ring the doorbell, did not knock on the door, just called my phone at a random time and then reported that I was not home. It is infuriating, considering it took a whole week for them to even schedule the delivery from the time of order. Nowhere in the instructions (and they make you complete a checklist,etc.) do they say that you must answer a random phone call from the delivery driver or they will not show up at your house. Now, they want to reschedule and I have to wait 24 hours for their system to update to even get availability. I have absolutely no interest in doing business with them again, or having these delivery drivers provide a service. I'm cancelling the order and have placed the same order for cheaper with a local appliance store and got delivery scheduled within 2 days even with Christmas holiday. Absolutely unacceptable that a delivery driver would not step foot onto my property and then claim I wasn't home based on an unexpected phone call not being answered.

Ordered many items, never received them

Ordered many items, two days later got a notice that they shipped. 10 days later - item still hasn't shipped, label created. Been running in circles with chat (can't call) customer service. They claim delivery date is now 17 days from order, even though I have the confirmation email that says it was supposed to delliver 6 days ago. They are also providing a tracking number, insisting it is on its way, even though the tracking number they are providing clearly shows it hasn't even shipped yet. Colossal waste of time, now have to file a dispute to get my money back. Avoid ordering from this site at all costs.

Prices too high and discount/promotion codes never work

The prices are way too high and none of the discount codes ever work, even the ones they send directly by mail. I find the same products for significantly cheaper on many other sites.

Complete Cluster

Ordered four large pieces of furniture. Between the delivery company, sales person, and PB customer service no one could figure anything out. Got charged thousands of dollars for pieces I didn't order, delivery truck showed up with different items than they said were going to be delivered, order arrived 2-3 months after it was promised when ordered. Delivery truck "couldn't fit" all my pieces on one truck so they had to come back two weeks later. Have items that need to be picked up because they were wrong, will take a month. To add insult to injury, the desk system I ordered that is described as white and shows as white on the website is actually butter yellow. In the time between the ordering of my furniture and the delivery, we built an entire house from the ground up. The absolute biggest cluster of an experience buying furniture I've every had - it was actually shameful.

Two tries, two fails

Took their hair match questionnaire and ordered a bun. Received hair, it is in a box and covered in a white hair net. The hair was not even close to a match. They won't take the hair back because it is opened, even though it is impossible to check the match without opening the box. Sent pictures as requested, ordered another one in the color they recommended based on picture. This hair looked worse than the first one - not even close, even my six year old said it was ridiculous looking. Of course, had to open it to check the look so I'm just out the money on this failed experiment.

Absolutely terrible

I am forced to order from this company because of private school uniforms. It is consistently a miserable experience. It takes months sometimes for my order to even be processed, and even if items are in stock, they don't ship for weeks. I've also had the experience of placing an order for in stock items, and then when they process my order WEEKS later, the items are out of stock. We have requested our school expand our options beyond Lands End due to their unreliability, I loathe doing business with this company.

Absolutely Terrible - 0 stars

This service is absolutely terrible. Unreliable to the extreme, cannot deliver as promised. We placed a huge order several days before or arrival at our vacation rental. Plenty of notice and chose a 2 hour delivery window when we could access the house for delivery - and actually paid someone to be there during that window to meet the shopper. 15 minutes before the end of that window, we received a call saying our shopper had abandoned the order while shopping it and our delivery would be delayed. Delivery window changes to 4 hours from the end of original request, but yet still no shopper. Two hours after our delivery is supposed to arrive, customer service says they can’t guarantee we will get a shopper and we should cancel our order. Disaster. Not only do we not have our groceries, have lost hours of time placing the order and then dealing with customer service, but now we are out the actual money we paid someone to wait at the rental to receive our groceries. This is not a service that can be trusted.

Failure to deliver or communicate

I ordered a photo book to be included in a memorial for our recently deceased pet. I paid a $20 shipping charge for a guaranteed delivery so that the book would arrive the day before our family was doing our little memorial. On the day the item was supposed to arrive, I received an email from Shutterfly that the book was still being created, the delivery was delayed, and they couldn't tell me when I'd actually get the book. When I followed up with customer service, I was told that they are being careful because of the pandemic. While I realize that things may take longer due to the global situation, Shutterfly knew this when they accepted the order and payment for expedited delivery, and clearly knew it wasn't going to arrive as promised at least days before they actually notified me. We were not able to order from an alternative site for our service, and, five days after we were supposed to receive the order, customer service still can't tell me when I will get the book - only that I'll get an email when it ships. It could be weeks or months before this arrives, they will make no estimate. This is unacceptable and outrageous, and I will hesitate from every ordering from them again. Customer service is abysmal too.

Ordered a bracelet, never received it. Communication and customer service is atrocious, wasting so much time chasing this down and trying to get money back. Filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau, avoid buying from this company.
