Say that they offer same day printing…

Say that they offer same day printing then send Royal Mail 24 hour.

The confirmation email they've sent her then says 2 working days to process and will be sent Royal Mail 48. We ordered Wednesday, now going into the weekend and still not delivered.


When chasing, I got the reply:
Hi,


I'd be more than happy to help.


Looking at the order I can see we sent a thank you email shortly after the order was placed, this should have the subject "Your Name Change Order is Complete".


Our processing and delivery timeframe is stated during the online form, it can take up to two working days for your documents to be processed and then we ship them with Royal Mail. I've included the snippet below.


"Our standard processing time can be up to 2 working days, but with our expedited service we aim to process your document same or next working day and we'll send Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Day Delivery)."



Reply: saying its going to take 4x as long AFTER ordering is disingenuous hence the bad review. Enjoy!

Didn't send for 12 days, no update

Rang a week after ordering to see where my items were "oh, we're very busy at the moment"

(A toy company, at christmas? No sh*t).

"We're dealing with orders from Nov 30th" (13th December i rang to chase my delivery)

"We'll notify you when it dispatches" (no notification, missed delivery, had to collect from Depot).

If you HAVE to order Brio (i won't give them anymore money) use Amazon

Do not purchase- no return window.

my father purchased a car tent awning that was the incorrect size, just prior to being hopsitalised with a heart attack. it is the wrong awning. he asked Mon-camping-car if they would be able to exchange for the correct one. they refused as outside of fourteen days. no grace window offered or understanding that he was hospitalised at the time of delivery.

Imagine being gaslight by a company

I ordered a lenappy bag on 4/8 and was sent tracking on Monday 7th.

Checked tracking on the thursday to see how far away the bag was, the tracking didn't work so I got in touch with customer service. They replied the next day (yesterday) with 'well it works for us'

Just went to track it, it was only dispatched yesterday (a week after it was ordered) and that's why the tracking didn't work.

In this day and age, what company takes a week to dispatch.

Response to update:
1. If that was true, why send me a dispatch notification 4 days prior?
2. If that was true, why not convey that when I asked my my tracking didn't work?

Now 10 days past when I ordered and still not received.

Edit 2: just been to check again since Lenappy emailed me saying they were going to check with Royal Mail.

Its STILL not been sent. (10days after purchase).
Requested refund now due to inability to deliver.

The delivery took more time because we were out of stroller hooks and waited for the (delayed) restocking to be able to ship your order.

Edit:
You received a shipping confirmation email prior to the actual shipment because, after creating your shipping label during order preparation, our logistics team realized that the hooks were missing from the bag.
According to your tracking number, you should have received your order on August 16th.
Once again, I offer my most sincere apologies for the unfortunate experience you went through.

I've sent a final email asking for a refund or I'll be taking my issue to small claims court.

Reply: they did reply quickly. Doesn't change the fact you took my money for 3 months and sent absolutely nothing. And my refunds still not landed.

The most wonderful customer service staff

We travelled yesterday by coach and due to the train strikes everything went chaotically. With more people on the road my coach was delayed. This I understood, but, due to the influx of extra passengers, national express brought in more coaches and overbooked. Because of this we ended up with a delay of over an hour. Then we missed our train that we were planning to get from Leeds to get home from Manchester. I wrote to National Express via Facebook to ask for a refund and was helped out by Giovanna and Robyn. They came back to me within half an hour of me writing to them (by contrast my train delay repay is going to take 20days), they were friendly, professional and helped me navigate my way through my options and went above and beyond to come up with a resolution, all of this whilst, I have no doubt whatsoever, due to the train strikes, fielding numerous other queries, complaints and issues.

They're an absolute credit to national express and resolved my issue quickly and entirely

Had my first Jammy win tonight, the Lego Delorean and I'm absolutely over the moon

The lads are hilarious on their live draws and with random number picker on a Facebook live, there's never any question of authenticity.

Missing stock and slow delivery

How does a company that has the gall to charge £5.95 delivery unless you spend over £30 then give a 2 week window that you 'allow yourselves' before sending an item, followed by 2nd class post?!

Also, a week after ordering, got an email saying 'some items out of stock, please call us' so I did. Spoke to a pretty unhelpful girl who let me know that you had 2 out of 3 gnawable gingerbread treats, how would I like to rectify? I said 'oh swap it for a few bags of nibblots' (would have cost you 9p to send 2 extra bags, not a great sacrifice considering you sat on my order for a week before emailing me letting me know you didn't have stock) Instead, you added 1 and when I queried the missing £1.40 difference asked 'oh would you like that back ill raise a refund'

Yeah, not a great experience.
I've then had 3 emails since asking me to review the products themselves, but not you as a company.

Never again

Awful awful service, try to pass the blame onto the consumer despite not offering the correct test on launch day.

Try lying to client to get them to buy more tests (plus, noone ever got in touch with us to confirm we were isolating)

Avoid this company like the plague

*reply* yep, i mean noone from track and trace despite you telling me i had to buy additional day-2 return to UK tests despite only launching outbound tests on your site on Oct 22nd rather than clarifying that day 2 tests would be released later. You tried to con us out of an additional £50.

Hung up on, lied to and attempted con.

Booked lateral flow tests the morning they were released. At the time the only ones on the site unbeknownst to me were 'fit to fly' we ordered 2, and tested ourselves the day after returning to the UK. Uploaded them and our negative result and were told that we needed to submit photo proof next to our ID's. At this point i realised they were fit to fly, not day-2 tests (considering all lateral flow tests are the same and my passenger locator forms were all filled in and i was able to get back to UK with no drama, i just needed confirmation that i was negative in line with govt guidelines). I rang up and explained to Qured that the test reason was wrong and i'm already back in UK.
Call centre agent in New Delhi #1 hung up on me because he could barely choke out a word of english, nevermind understand a yorkshire accent.

Call centre agent in new delhi #2 was fantastic, told me to resubmit and she would change over for me. However, i submitted a photo of my test and ID for both mine and my partners result accidentally.

Call centre agent in New Delhi #3 spoke a little more english than #1 however, i had to repeat the situation 4times before he told me to email 'results@ qured. com' who told me the below lie. (Is a lie, as the 'certificate' they send is something i could knock up in 5minutes in microsoft word processor)

Unfortunately you cannot use a Fit to Fly booking as a day 2 tests as it does not enquire about the necessary declaration details. We also wont be able to swap these over as you have already taken the tests a day before required. So in order to get a day 2 test from us you'll have to make another booking.

Thats not what i was told when i called yesterday?

And thats not how it works. You have to take the test on or before day 2 after you arrive back in the UK.

Also, as these results dont actually need to be submitted anywhere, yes we can use them as our day 2 result.

You just lied to a customer to try con me out of another £50. This will be going on trustpilot alongside a negative review.

I am sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience with us. I can appreciate that this will have caused some confusion and frustration on your end, but there are elements to your review that are not entirely reflective of the information that was given to you.

With respect, you purchased the wrong test. At the time your purchase was made, the Day 2 LFD tests were not live for sale on our website. As a government approved provider for Day 2 tests, we have to declare and report all test results and Unique Test ID's to Public Health England. Your booking was not a Day 2 booking, and therefore there is no record on our system of you having taken a Day 2 test, nor will there be any reporting of you having taken one from us to Public Health England.

In the phonecall you mentioned, the advisor did not tell you she would change the booking over to a Day 2 booking because this is not possible. She said that if you are contacted regarding not taking a Day 2 test, that you could potentially show the certificate you receive to whoever contacts you from Test & Trace and see if they accept this and not to worry.

The email correspondence with our team is not trying to 'con' you into buying another test. What the team is saying is that if you want record of having taken a Day 2 test, then you would need to take another test because you booked and took a Fit to Fly test so there is no record of you having made a Day 2 booking, or taken a day 2 test. The certificate you refer to is also the same formatted Fit to Fly certificate that all of our customers receive. It includes all details required for travel. It is not something that is "knocked up in 5 minutes in Microsoft Word".

Ultimately you have received the service you paid for which was 2x LFD tests with Fit to Fly certificates. I'm afraid we cannot accept responsibility for you not purchasing the correct tests.

Utter wastes of time and space

I applied last thursday for £1600 for a mobile phone contract. They got in touch the next day asking me to justify having 2 accounts, explained that my bills are done from 1 account, the rest is my monthly expenditure for misc.

Heard nothing until monday when a manager rang and told me that my application was going into an underwriting queue. I said 'right, ive been waiting 5days for a response at this point, if its not done by close of business tomorrow, lets close it down.'

Heard nothing for a further 3 days, today theyve rang me saying 'we can see you pay £1000 per month into a joint account with the reference rent' i said 'yes, i put the rent into a joint account, keeps it separate from everything else'. They then said 'we need a copy of your joint account' i said 'i'm not prepared to give you that account, you can see £950 for rent goes in from me monthly, you dont need to see my partners financial contributions' they said they cant proceed without it. Useless, slow, worthless company, with the call centre in Manilla (there i fixed it for you. Love how thats your concern!)
Save yourselves time and effort, go elsewhere

Edit:changed it from Bangladesh to Manilla. it shouldnt take 5days to make a simple decision. And when youre supplied with a wage account AND a savings account, with £3-4k per month going into it, for a loan of £1600 to buy a phone outright, you then most definitely dont need access to my joint account, and my partners finances too.
Made a new application with Barclays yesterday, was accepted yesterday, new phone arrives today. CRAZY THAT HUH!?

Policy not fit for purpose.

I have been paying insurance for my 8month old rabbit for 6months. Finally went through the policy documents yesterday whilst looking for my passport, and notice RIDICULOUS exclusions.
My rabbit is perfectly happy and healthy and has had 1 trip to the vets in his life, for his teeth doing (as youre meant to do with rabbits). I can clip his nails at home, i'm not confident enough to clip his teeth so paid a vet to do it.

Because of this petplan put on the following exclusions:
They wouldnt pay any claim that arose from:
Teeth (ok, fair enough, hes had his teeth filed at vets, no issue)
Mouth
Tongue or gums
Eyes
Nose
Or facial abcesses.

Because i had his teeth done as part of general pet health upkeep.

So, if he say got an eye injury, petplan would have refused the policy.

I rang up to discuss these exclusions, spent over an hour on hold to be told that exclusions cant be removed, but i can send an email to dispute this, which theyll respond to in 7-10 working days.

I've just gone with Agrias. Costing me £6 a month more but when i told the agent the exclusions, he actually laughed and said 'so what would they have paid for?!' A question i'm now asking myself.

AVOID THIS GODAWFUL INSURER

i wasnt wary enough of the one star reviews, seems he pays for fake 5stars.

Ordered on 3rd; contacted him on 4th to ask how long dispatch would be. Was told already dispatched.
Contacted on 7th to see why my order hadnt arrived, he sent a screenshot (likely faked) of a postage label saying 'post by 12th'. Said he had posted on 5th (1st class) and to wait until today.

Today has rolled round, still no delivery.
Asked for a refund, said he would, asked for a confirmation email confirming refund. He has now blocked me on whatsapp.

Avoid this scam seller at all costs

*UPDATE: printed off court forms ready to send and left it until less than an hour before i posted them before refunding me. Took 8 days to get a refund and had to threaten with court, he then asked me to remove my review as it is costing him money. I reiterate: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER. If anyone else needs to find out how to start proceedings, google uk vaporwaves and companies house and itll give you his name and address

Utter sh*tshow

Rang up to see how many payments i have left.
We were asked 5 bits of data protection and because we couldnt remember if it was registered at our old property or new property, they terminated the call.

I only wanted to know how many payments remain. So i'm going to 'terminate' my direct debit and i'm sure they'll be in touch fairly sharpish.

No customer service skills on the phone from either of the idiot girls i spoke to that didnt seem to have 2 GCSE's to rub together

Dont expect them to arrive (or even be dispatched) by the day you want them

Ordered friday for a gift delivery today, selected 12/7 in the available delivery options. Got to 3.15pm, not had a dispatch message, post has been. Called them 'oh, it states in our delivery terms and conditions that any order placed after 4pm friday wont be dispatched until monday, did you not read the FAQs?' (No, i'm ordering flowers, not a new car, i've ordered flowers dozens of times and never had an issue. Requested to speak to a manager (surprise surprise, none there), asked for a call back 'oh theyre email only, they dont take calls'

Avoid this company if you're ordering flowers for an occasion and actually expect them to arrive on the day you requested.

EDIT IN RESPONSE: Yes, you called me, said that my review was untrue as you were infact now calling me, told me most of your reviews are positive (they arent) and said all you could do was refund postage.
Dont advertise that you can deliver on a certain day, send an email saying 'your flowers will be delivered on 12/7' then tell people that your 't's and c's allow up to 2 days for delivery'

Your 'special courier' is royal mail. Turns out every letter i've ever sent is 'special courier' by that note.

I took what little refund you offered and told you my reviews still stand, but dont make out online like i've 'happily agreed' because i havent. You've ruined a gift then tried arguing i should have read a terms and conditions page. For flowers.
Noone does that over flowers, theyre flowers. Dont have a system say youll deliver something on a certain day if you cant make that happen

Blocked me on twitter.

Made a complaint to foodhub about a takeaway ordered through them turning up 3 and a half hours late. They said it isnt their problem. Told me to take it up with the restaurant, who laughed me off the line. I asked for a refund and they not only did nothing, but argued with me then blocked me.

Avoid this sham of a JustEat clone, because the second something goes wrong with a takeaway that theyre earning a commission off of, they'll refuse to help then block you.
