Uber stole from my bank account

Took an Uber from a suburb of Berlin to the train station today. They quoted me $47 for the ride and never changed that before we left. We got picked up in front of the house and were waiting in the street when the driver came. The ride downtown was four minutes longer than expected. I am not sure what the mileage was but it could not have been too much more than expected since thre time was not. I looked at my bank app later and saw they had charged me $100 for what was supposed to be a $47 fare. They never told me about the increase. They just charged me and wont give me any explanation other that to say that after review the extra fee was correct. How could that be? And why do they just give themselkves the right to charge my bankcard whatever they want? If I write support they just send me the me the same stock answer over and over and provide no details. This was just a scam. A bait and switch. Had I known it was $100 I would have taken the subway down.

There are many phones that are not…

There are many phones that are not compatible, even when new models. They do not tell you that before you pay. When you find out they refuse a refund. Dispute at your bank to get your money back. Most of their money is made scamming people.

They need to drop Hermes

I cannot give them any more than a two star review because they do business with Hermes. Hermes delivers nothing on time. They will send you an email that says they attempted delivery at 6 am when you were there and no one came to your door. Hermes is totally unreliable and so what Zalando needs to realize is that means so are they.

These guys effing suck

These guys effing suck. If you are ordering and have a choice between DHL and Hermes take DHL. I ordered something from Zalondo and used their tool to instruct them to leave it at my door. On delivery day they did not leave it but took it to storage 10 k away where I am now supposed to go get it. On top of that they clain they attemped delivery at 6:30 am. What liars. There was no note and no tracks in the snow leading to my door or mailbox. They never attempted anything. Never use these lying a holes. They seem to beleive you should pay twice to get a package - first with your money and then with your gas. F U Hermes.

Chime's IT director needs to be fired

Another day and another bad experience with Chime. I went to pay a bill at an account I have for $7 and they rejected it for security reasons. They sent me a text and said is it you and I said yes and they sent a second text saying all was ok and I could make the transaction again. I did and it failed again. If I cannot use their card like a normal person I cannot keep my money in their bank. These security issues are not really security issues. Chime's IT team can't do it's job correctly and its system does not work as they expect and certainly not as we customers expect. I now have no choice but to move to another bank. I can't keep having this happen.

Chime's IT team is too stupid to deserve your business.

I don't know who is running their IT department but he or she needs to be fired. Nothing works with this card. I cannot use it online at anyplace but Amazon and sometimes not even then. I have the right address. I have the right numbers. There is plenty of money in there. I still get stopped by some security issues for suspecious activity when it is me! They made me upload an ID and my pic and I cleared that and they still won't let me use my card online. I have called three times and they tell me they will fix it but it is not fixed. Plus they keep rejecting my password even after I set a new one for them. They reject the new one! This place is a POS and nothing less. How can I trust this bunch of idiots with my money??

Wolt has a short circuit.

These guys are just bad to do business with. They are so bad they turned off all their reviws on Google and worse yet they make it impossible for you to contact them after you order. That should tell you something. I tried to order a pizza in Stuttgart and the only toppings available were cheese, shrimp, anchovies and black olives. The pizza placed said I could pick four toppings but there were none to really choose from. I gave up and ordered McDonald's. What is the point? Your order is limited to the skill level of what apparently is their lame ass IT team since it can't manage to get toppings on a menu for a pizza place. It was like that for every pizza place too. Then you try to ask them for help and there is no way to contact them. They have a crap app and they hide. Why use them? Might as well make your own pizza. Wolt has a short circuit.

These guys are crooks

These guys are crooks. I paid for a app that is supposed do pics for LinkedIn. I uploaded my photos and what it delivered looked like someone else. I asked for a refund and was told not liking the pics is not a reason for a refund. They are advertising a product using false claims of quality and just stealing your money. It's all a scam. Any positive reviews on here are paid for.

Telekom does nothing but lie!

What a terrible customer experience I had with these crooks. I had a prepaid phone with them for three years where I got very little data and so decided to switch to Simon mobile where I get four times the data for less money. I wanted to port my number and they told me I could do it. I sent them the form 5 times before they did it. They asked me over and over for the same account information. Then when they finally approved it they cut my phone off for a week. I had to use wifi to call anyone. They are just a bunch of liars and cheats. Avoid Telekom at any cost.

Eurowings website is getting worse and worse

Eurowings website is getting intolerable. I booked two flights for this friday in and out of berlin. i know i booked them on the same day because i had to be careful when clicking on the same number twice. when i picked my flights everything was correct. then i geo the email for my tickets and the EW website booked me to fly in on the day before. what BS. i had to go back and change to the same flight i was supposed to be on and they charged me 85 euros more and charged me a second time to reserve my seat. what garbage. they could do this to people all week. you should use a travel site or find another airline. eurowings should fire theit IT team.

Promise but don't deliver

They promise two day shipping but it is more like 4 to 7 day shipping. You cannot contact them unless you talk to a bot on their site for 30 minutes. They don't value customer feedback or are frightened of it since they block the posting of reviews on Google. A lot of companies sell gym clothes. Try them instead.

These guys are scammers

These guys are scammers. I had lost a bag at an airport and sent them to get it. They could not deliver it in the end due to the fact that it has an electric razor and shampoo inside. DHL rejected it. What a surprise. A travelers suitcase had shampoo in it. Their customer support team - which specializes in blaming the customer - said I should have known better. It was never made clear to me that this would be an issue or I would have done something else. They just take your money for a bag they know they cannot deliver. Their staff just gives you one well prepared lie after another when you complain - which means they get lots of complaints. Find another company. Don't get scammed by these people.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. Mostly they want you to email them. You get a response promising a response in a few days and they give you nothing. My order was supposed to be here four weeks ago and so far the company won't even tell me what the problem is or give a status report. You call them and the phone just rings and rings. Terrbile. If I could give then no stars I would.

UPDATE: Someone from VitalCheck responded to my earlier review and implied they would be help. I want to let you know nothing happened. In fact, things got worse. After someone writing me to tell me they would check the status of my document delivery I was sent the phone number for the government office involved and told to call them myself. I'm sorry! What is that??? What do we pay VitalChek for? I have no information for this office that VitalChek does not already have. Despite what I paid them - which was for overseas expedited service - they have done basically nothing but forward my details to North Carolina and send them an email when I complained they they had not delivered. (They are now four weeks late.) VitalChek checks on nothing, If there is a problems they punt back to the customer and you're screwed. Now I have to keep calling a government records office in the US from Europe where I am placed on hold for over an hour only to have someone pick up my line and hang it up. You pay VitalChek so this experience can be avoided. VitalChek should be Wedon'tChek. They do nothing they say they will and turn their backs on you when there is a problem.

I got scammed by FloraQueen

I got scammed by FloraQueen like everyone else. I am pretty sure, in fact, that most of the positive reviews here are paid for. These guys promise services and product quality that they do not deliver on. There really is no same-day and what you see in the pics is BS. If you do business with them you are giving your money to thieves. But there is something that can be done about them. Google ''Report an ad/listing on Google'' and fill out a short complaint form. Sooner or later Google will ban their misleading ads and others at least will be able to keep their hard earned money. What companies like FloraQueen want you to do is complain on TrustPilot. Then it goes no farther than a site with a lot of people complaining. By going directly to Google about them you can take a measure that matters to their bottom line.

Here is a second update: They sent my wife's flowers through the mail. They claim same-day delivery when you order but they don't tell you they may not have an agreement with a local florist and so cannot get them there. Her flowers are now due on Friday - three days late. And since they are being sent to her workplace there is a good chance she will be gone on Friday by the time they get there. These people are liars and thieves and it is awful that Google is letting them advertise.

Flowers are supposed to come on time and in a vase and be a special occasion. They are not supposed to be dumped off a truck onto the loading dock of your wife's business. This has gone from a win to a total loss. How embarassing. And I paid for this!

Flowers are supposed to make you look like a hero. FloraQueen makes you look like an idiot. Thanks for nothing.

These guys are thieves

These guys are thieves. I did a pre-paid card with O2 and after one month they shut my phone off instead of charging my bank account. Instead they told me I had to go buy two cards at a gas station and add a balance to my account. I did this but it turned out when they shut my account down they killed it and when I restarted it was actually a new account and at a much higher rate. A week later my phone is off again after paying them $45. How much am i supposed to pay for a pre-paid phone?? This is rediculous. They have no email support and no chat support. So if you speak English you are screwed since their phone system is all German all the time. They're crooks and nothing less. If it's these guys or two cans strung together go with the cans.

They lean a lot on their app for security. Problem is their app is sometimes suspect. It reloads a lot or has other issues. I'm not sure why I need to confirm every single pizza purchase on the app. It seems like I should be able to opt out of that but I cannot.

Ubersuggest is just Ok

Neil is good at giving out advice on SEO for people that know little about SEO. The tool on his site though is really weak. Every time you run it you get different results from the last even if the last time was 30 minutes earlier. In fact, sometimes they are wildly different. The keyword research opportunity is good but not nearly as good as ahrefs. I'd have to say save your money and watch his videos.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company. They are the middle man and contract with restaurants to do take out for them. I got an order that was cold, wrong and way late. Wrote them and asked them to do something about it three times and still no response. They need to stand by their products. They do nothing. If you order from them be prepared to have to eat whatever they deliver in whatever form they deliver it in and in whatever time it gets there.
