I got scammed by FloraQueen

I got scammed by FloraQueen like everyone else. I am pretty sure, in fact, that most of the positive reviews here are paid for. These guys promise services and product quality that they do not deliver on. There really is no same-day and what you see in the pics is BS. If you do business with them you are giving your money to thieves. But there is something that can be done about them. Google ''Report an ad/listing on Google'' and fill out a short complaint form. Sooner or later Google will ban their misleading ads and others at least will be able to keep their hard earned money. What companies like FloraQueen want you to do is complain on TrustPilot. Then it goes no farther than a site with a lot of people complaining. By going directly to Google about them you can take a measure that matters to their bottom line.

Here is a second update: They sent my wife's flowers through the mail. They claim same-day delivery when you order but they don't tell you they may not have an agreement with a local florist and so cannot get them there. Her flowers are now due on Friday - three days late. And since they are being sent to her workplace there is a good chance she will be gone on Friday by the time they get there. These people are liars and thieves and it is awful that Google is letting them advertise.

Flowers are supposed to come on time and in a vase and be a special occasion. They are not supposed to be dumped off a truck onto the loading dock of your wife's business. This has gone from a win to a total loss. How embarassing. And I paid for this!

Flowers are supposed to make you look like a hero. FloraQueen makes you look like an idiot. Thanks for nothing.
