Chime's IT team is too stupid to deserve your business.
I don't know who is running their IT department but he or she needs to be fired. Nothing works with this card. I cannot use it online at anyplace but Amazon and sometimes not even then. I have the right address. I have the right numbers. There is plenty of money in there. I still get stopped by some security issues for suspecious activity when it is me! They made me upload an ID and my pic and I cleared that and they still won't let me use my card online. I have called three times and they tell me they will fix it but it is not fixed. Plus they keep rejecting my password even after I set a new one for them. They reject the new one! This place is a POS and nothing less. How can I trust this bunch of idiots with my money??
