Chime's IT director needs to be fired
Another day and another bad experience with Chime. I went to pay a bill at an account I have for $7 and they rejected it for security reasons. They sent me a text and said is it you and I said yes and they sent a second text saying all was ok and I could make the transaction again. I did and it failed again. If I cannot use their card like a normal person I cannot keep my money in their bank. These security issues are not really security issues. Chime's IT team can't do it's job correctly and its system does not work as they expect and certainly not as we customers expect. I now have no choice but to move to another bank. I can't keep having this happen.
