2nd update...Turns out you are the right company so you are liars as well, Update...you offered me a £2.96 saving through look after my bills, with a saving like that how can i not want to get my energy from you.........Seeing as though this company has objected to my last review of them because i thought i got the wrong green energy but it seems i have the right company after all, if you go to (look after my bills) review ive wrote you will see it is where look after my bills give me the grand saving of £2.96 for the first year then a possible saving in the second year of £25, yet i am on £50+ saving where i am now. Beware 80% is s**t,as my 8 out of 10 proves

Update...did you know eBay only guarantee things for 30 days then if the seller doesn't want to rectify the problem like broken phone 6months old and screen falls out they advise go to citizens advise, not fit for purpose..... no stars is to good for as somone else has said full of fakes and crap (pardon the french).
I have bought ten items and eight was either faulty or broken not as advertised, absolute joke, and a seller reviewing had the ordacitiy to say they side with the buyer, if sellers didnt sell absolute rubbish and poach pictures from other sales to advertise there own.
Must admit everytime i had to ask ebay to step in i won and got my dollars back postage as well, and on one occasion the seller didnt answer ebay so i could keep the piece of crap i bought and got my money back.
Surely ebay could vet the sellers like one i saw i told ebay about he said that his watch i bid for was a pulsar digital watch with a rrp of £160 when the very same watch was only £79 in argos last year i asked him why such a high price of course i got no answer but the seller blocked me from bidding, ebay didnt even answer my email.
Another i bought a watch i recieved it and i put it on my wrist and the strap fell apart and the display was not bright enough to see in the dark never mind the day, the started a return to which the seller blocked me from getting a return label and he said in a mail dont bother wrapping it well just put it in an envolope so obviously i wrapped it well took photos and put it in a box and sent it signature needed, so i can claim postage costs back from him/ her, then yesterday i noticed a reviewer said they bough the same watch from the same seller had the same problems so he probably got it returned and sent itto me. It needs somesort of vetting process.

Just another company (blackpool) that ignores you once they have your dollars.

2nd update.. I had the misfortune to contact them again the vinyl flooring was raising up they sent a guy out to look at it who said to me it was because so was not enough glue put down to hold it in place and he would ask somebodyU to call and fix the problem nobody called I rang them they said nobody called to fix the problem because the guy that came out said because I put beading down on the edge of the skirting board that was stopping the final from stretching out when it gets hot stranger supposedly glued down something that moves exclude down so I rang a somebody else come out and the plug which came out to try and fix the problem didn't he lifted certain parts away or put some more spray glue down and press the vinyl back down onto the glue badly because they still ripples in it he told the shock when he got back that there was moisture underneath it and that's why it was rippling first it was a bidding that it's moisture which there isn't either of the things that were doing it because it was supposedly glued in place so I agreed to get some of the glue from the shop and do it myself this is their way of fixing a problem once I've got your money don't care forget you. pdate...your answer is quite useless if it had happened the once but this was twice i called the blackpool store with no resolution to the provlem, as i have
put i did it myself, you mention nothing about the inferier bearing at a rediculously overpriced amout, and you say nothing about what you are doing about the people in store who took the complaint or the people who was to visit to sort the problem, i hope people read this and see your quite honestly pathetic reply to this and go elsewhere. I am going to from now on ......I had a problem with my dog being incontinent so i replaced my carpets and had vinyl flooring put down so it would be easier to clean after her.
No problem with the one i chose it was delivered and fitted as agreed, i also had a beading put round the edges to finish the overall look off, which i definately would not recommend, cheap pressed what seems to be cardboard, for the price of the beading and to have it fitted you can get solid oak quasrant from a certain diy shop consisting of two letters.
After a short while i noticed a ridge in the middle of the room about 4in long x 1in wide raised about 1 1/2in high so a month ago i contacted them to ask if someone could come and have a look and a day was arranged but no one came, so i rang them they gave some bumf about covid and they were very busy, yeah so busy to keep to your agreement neither to ring to say why you could not keep to the said agreement, so another time was made for them to come and again they did not show, i noticed online it says if you warm the area up with a hairdrier and put a weight on it so when it cools it will go back to its original shape and flatten back out, which i did and it seems to of done the trick.
They seem to join a lot of companies now a days once they have your dollars they ignore any kind of after service, wont be buying from them again.

Would give them no stars if possible.

3rd update still no answer obviously not fit for purpose........2nd update...still no answer that says it all.....Update to reply...you say you go on cust service ratings and seeing as though yours is the worse i have had contact with bar none, they dont listen they are condesending to the max.
The companies you dont have on your system is that because they wont pay you for your quite frankly proposterous service, when you can offer £1.96 saving then you inform me on email that this might be the same next year on the next switch only possibly saving me upto £25 and obviously maybe less.
i am getting at least £50 saving with the one i am with at the moment and that is a big difference from your estimate, and i am £48 upfront now and lets give you the benefit i get £25 saving next year then i am £73 in pocket, and so on each subsequent year the savings increase more than you can give
. if you want future customers reading this and want there custom you need to explain in detail why they should save a possible £1.96.
if you want to leave your phone number or better still henrys i will ring you with my experience i await your reply eagerly..........Would give them no stars if possible.
I was told i could save the grand sum of £1 then possibly in a year i could save up to £25. Well i got the champagne out to. Celebrate the saving, will be going on a round the world cruise next year with the savings first class of course.
Trouble is now they have my email address i keep geting mails saying the switch has been blocked even though i keep reiterating i dont want nothing to do with them especially when i have found a sypplier with at least a £50 pound saving.
I think LAMB( rotflmao) is a well orcastrated rip off where we are all after a cheap supplier and henry says on the tv advert that they can but in actual fact they cant in a lot of cases.
They will have to go some to beat u switch.

I am disgusted with them after reading some of there reviews

I donate to pdsa each month, i am disabled and have two j russells one female one male, i have read these reviews of unbelievable treatment of people with animals in need, i am in two minds of canceling my donation but its the animals i want to help not the vets, my female has had an ear infection now for over a year i have spent god knows how much trying to resolve it, i have been to numerous vets who say they can prescribe anti biotics, anti inflammatories, and various other meds which have had no effect, i have now been told she may benefit from an ear flush and a blue gel in the ear, costing £400 plus meds after and the vets cant guarantee this will solve her problem, i went on the pdsa website after recieving an email from them, i qualify for low cost treatment so i registered and thought well maybe they can suggest something to help her, after they had her records sent through they refused to see her, fair enough they are only seeing emergencies but i am desperate to find a cure for her after a year, the only thing they can suggest is the same meds she has been on which have done nothing to help her , so she is shaking her head, there is a terrible smell occasionally from her ear, and puss is coming out which i clean up for her four/five times a day, after this i am very disappointed and dissalutioned with vets, i feel i and i am sure many others feel that we are just cash outlets for them in these troubled times with covid, if they do make a profit as one review suggests they should be ashamed with themselves, and dont know how they can sleep at night when they know they are not doing there job to help sick and injured animals and it seems they dont care, i also notice they have not replied to any of the reviews good or bad which implies they dont care on what people think of there service, i know i would.

Vigilantes/criminals paradise in lancs.

2nd update still no response says it all, bet they would soon respond if it was there disabled family member in this situation again just another govenment dept thats not fit for purpose............Update...ifof this is true this is your opportunity to explain your side, if you dont then it is obviously true..... I am registered disabled and I get my car scratched 3 times, i get 3 malicious communications through the post because the b doesn't have the bottle to say it to my face, they threaten to hurt my dogs by "putting treats that might hurt them where i walk them", and one of the mal comms said i would be hearing about not picking up dogmess, which i always do, and a dog warden called saying someone had said i dont pick it up and the warden knows who contacted them but wont tell plod and worse still plod wont ask who it is, to confirm who sent the mal comms, they take one of the mal comms for fingerprinting and "no prints at all were found" not even mine, and i cant have the mal comm back, and they wont confirm they have taken photos of it, obviously to much trouble to make a phone call to the dog warden to confirm who it is, my flat has been broken into and i am still waiting for them to call two years later, yet i put a note on my flats notice board and plod calls saying i had put a note with detrimental litriture on it, which i didnt and surprise surprise the note has gone missing so they cant prove it when i asked to show me, obviously they have it, seems to me they are not very competant in there looking into crimes, so much for vunerable people in the community being put first, and as for there professional standards dept who are useless, the officer takes your complaint then you ring up a month or so later for an update and low and behold the officer has supposed to of left the force and not passed the case on to be looked into, so you ask can you lodge the complaint again and they cut you off, as for the chief constables office they write to say they will write back, then when get no reply you chase it up and no reply from them, then they have the cheek to say you are a serial complainer because of the amount if mails you write, if they answer first time
you wouldnt have to write for a follow up till you get an answer, useless, no wonder crime in on the increase criminals dont have to worry do what they want plod wont do anything, to much paperwork no doubt.

Dont stop complaining

Update... it seems they found my management to blame and awarded me £125 then the company objected and appealed and they lied knowing that was the final result because you can't have anything to say against there company who has the last word and you don't .

yes i went to prs weeks ago still waiting for a responce, seems they are tring to figure an excuse not to do as i asked,......Hi
Surely letting them close files or side with the estate agents and you accept it is what they want, ie..no case less work, dont accept there biased opinion go to your mp mither them to look into it, try the p.m. even, keep on complaining the more you get organisations to look into it, the more work they will have, so eventually they will see it will be easier to look into things properly or even more work will pile up for them to do.

I found the ihd display maybe at fault.

Update........I have altered there rating to 3 from 1 because there customer services has been in touch and has been very amicable in our corespondance to rectify my last review, and have explained more thoughly there pricings and ihd readout
....... When as with eon before octopus when i got up in a morning my usage was always the same, then i was on a comparison site to say i would save by being with octopus (agile), so i switched and had to go on a normal one of there tarriffs untill i was switched to agile, on being switched i was suprised to learn i used exactly the same amount of money and kwh as when i was on eon even though the kw tarriff was suposed to be cheaper with octopus, and i was even more suprised that when i was switched to agile and on noticing my usage price and kwh was still the same as with the prevous tarriff, even though i kept to the low usage between 4 - 8, on ringing octopus i was told the display unit in my flat doesn't give a true reading of your usage, which was bull as all the figures on the meter and the in home display were the same.
So i emailed octopus to explain and the reply was they did not comprehend what i was saying, so the long and short of it is they are no cheaper than eon, and they cant explain why which is more worrying

Bought a otoscope to look into my dogs…

Bought a otoscope to look into my dogs ears as she has been having trouble and i found she had a conpounded wax issue the vet missed when he looked, i spent hundreds literally on treatment what with anti inflammatories and anti biotics, ear drops with no joy, and my poor dog was still in discomfort, and with the scope i administered the right thing to clear it for a couple of quid and now she seems to be getting better slowly day by day.(ie..less head shaking and scratching)

Highly recommend getting one for observing pets ears, throat and eyes for a fraction of what your vet will charge, and possibly fix the problem yourself. Hence no vet visit, saving untold amounts, and you can use it to double check ear problems told to you by vets, doctors etc.

Hope this helps pet owners and parents.

not fit for purpose decribes these clowns 🤡

Update. Useless everything about them, it takes me contacting the company selling the product to resolve the issue because you are not fit for purpose.....It is a shame this is the only way you answer me, other than i pay 20p a min. You have been given the info you asked for, with no reply where to send it back can you tell me where to send it to, as again your website does not say where to send returns, i await your reply......I bought a watch with a scratch on the case so i was given a discount, now the bracelet has come loose near the case and as with previous reviews the customer service it seems is none exsistant because all i get is a generic mail saying they would answer in 72 hrs which they dont, i have left numerous emails and left messages on there cust serve line again with no responce, hopfully they will respond to this.

Only ordered three items delivery took…

Answer to your reply--firstly i contacted you the following day for a aproximate delivery time after i read your reviews left by people who had the same problem,which you didnt reply to my emails so i rang you.....
Secondly on ringing you i was told the seven day delivery was on the email confirmation which it wasnt, so i rang and left a message with no reply....
Thirdly i see there is nothing purtaining to you sending 2 out of 3 items that dont work in your reply. Again this seems to be a trend going by other reviews. ....
Lastly i read on your site 72hrs......

Only had three items delivered took 10 days even allowing for covid 19 and bank holiday this doesnt come anywhere near 72 hrs, on arrival two were faulty left message on voicemail no reply.
There is something to be said for shopping nearby at least if item faulty you can take it beck and get replacment.
Very dodgy

This is a strange tv channel.

This is a strange tv channel who some of you might remember an art auction show on friday, saturday and sunday which seems to of disappeared as quickly as they appeared, they disappeared owing me money for postage i had to pay to exchange two peices because they sent two to the wrong people.
I contacted thane customer service and they said they had not of heard of any auction programme on there channel, so if they lie about that god help you if you try to get your money back or goods exchanged, ring cust serv and ask about when they will be back as you want to buy more from them.

Stay clear of these rip off merchants.…

Bought a electric toothbrush with 40 extra heads when it arrived 3weeks late only had 6 heads emailed them they said send it back to impress so I did with signature needed after it said it was delivered I emailed them again, now they said prove it was delivered so I sent snap shots of proof of delivery and shot of signature to prove it, now they are not answering me how I get my refund. Stay well clear of these rip off merchants.

I can't praise him high enough and would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Simmons to anyone needing a solicitor with his area of expertese.

Just another company with hidden catches you don't find out untill you have forked out your dollars

I mean why ask for passport or driver's license it is clear that the person you are taking money off is overage because they put it on sign up, if they weren't the details of there card which you can check would not match.
And So where do you show you need to go through the palava for over 18 contents before you sign up, It wasn't porn I meant it was some shopping channels you need to be over 18 to shop there just thought I would clarify this point........Might be good, the prices they offer but and it's a big but they don't let you log on to over 18 websites unless you prove you are 18., unless you pay for the privilege which they say they return, they wanted me to send a photo of my passport or driving license yet my account with payment details are for a over 50 year olds credit card, there is no mention of seeing a passport or driving license to clarify your age , yet if that is the case they soon take your money when they want to send you a SIM, I'm afraid this is just another deal with catches, check it out first then choose between other suppliers offering exactly the same deals without the the over 18 palarva. Shame I thought they sounded a value for money company.
