Total lying baphoons.

Got told lies of big saving on switching, turns out you don't, told of Amazon voucher on switching another lie from customer service when switching from e on to bulb, that good I have switched back to e on. Total baphoons.

Tire blew up after 1700 miles from new.

I have continental tires on my disabled suv so you would expect they would be a little bit better for off roading than some other tires on sale but no after less than pic of blown up tire in avatar above.1700 miles from new I was parked up in a shop car park whilst I was shopping and I was asked to go to customer services on doing so they informed me that other customers had witnessed one of my tires blowing up for no reason and no one was near by, I am disabled so rely on my vehicle as so many other disabled people do, and what if I was driving at speed on a freeway with children on board, there would definitely of been a good chance of fatalities in my car or if I hit another vehicle possibly in theres I will never get there tires again, especially after there customer services did not want to know, or offer an explanation for the incident, total jokers.

I bought two instant heaters thinking…

5 stars for the product 1 for customer service, I bought two instant heaters thinking as jml advertised them I thought they would be ok for supplemental heat as and when needed because I have storage heaters which do not heat my flat all day and night, they do heat up instantly as described but they say they use 7p for an hour on setting 1, 14p an hour on setting 2, 21p an hour on setting 3, 28p an hour on setting 4,

but in actual fact it is more like 25p an hour on setting 1, 45p an hour on setting 2, 70p an hour on setting 3, and £1 an hour on setting 4, I know because I have a energy meter and I have worked it out,

I contacted customer services to point this out to them they said they would call me back after they had looked at the advert saying this on there jml shopping channel where I bought them from,

No one rang so after a week or so I rang them back they said someone had rung but got no answer and had updated there file to say maybe I was on a tariff which was not as cheap as the one they tested it on, I pointed out my tariff was in the top three for economy they had no answer for it,

There advert for them is true for getting instant heat and used outdoors would be more efficient than calor heaters heat wise but bear in mind the price is not as they advertise pence per hour.

Tampered with mail. yet again.

Update...yet again these delivery baphoons have delivered a parcel with holes big enough to see whats in the package and an unbelievable amount of sellotape to try to cover it up, words fail me how such a bunch of cretins can still be in service.still better than parcel (liars) force.......March 2020 and still no reply after giving them the info, it is a shame companies dont listen to there customers who comment on certain delivery companies like this c..p one.
October2019-feb 2020 still waiting for reply........Two months after giving info they wanted, still no answer... I recommend you go to another non incompetent parcel delivery company.......Its now two weeks later and no reply useless .......Had another parcel from yodel and again hole in it. Customer service is none existant.shame all of their parcels delivered have been tampered with.
here is there reply notice there is no mention of anything about the light fingered driver....Please accept my apologies for the concern that this has raised, as well as the inconvenience caused. Having looked into this I request that you contact your seller/retailer in order to arrange that this parcel is collected from your address. This should result in a replacement item to be ordered for you.
