Check how much you are paying for a subscription!

Well I have really changed my mind about this company. I was paying £17 a month for joint care plus max strength on subscription. My daughter happened to mention one day that she also had a subscription for the same product and same size dog and said she is paying £14.57. I contacted them to ask why mine was so much more (and I have been using them for quite a while now). They asked me to send a screenshot of her subscription details which I did. They then said they can’t discuss this without her express permission (which I understand). However they didn’t offer to reduce my price.
I decided to cancel my susbscription and open a new one in my husbands name. This is now costing us £12.15 a month for the exact same subscription. It really doesn’t seem fair. I know what they are doing isn’t illegal but they are just greedy. I urge everyone to look at any subscriptions they have a little more closely!

We do offer introductory discounts such as 50% off the first two orders for new subscribers (and then an ongoing 20% discount), we also offer 40% off if you have more than one item on your subscription so this will also affect the pricing on different accounts and may explain the price differences you’ve seen. These offers can vary depending on when and how the subscription was started but as a standard our subscriptions have the same ongoing offers.

Would give it no stars if I could

Like someone else said, it used to be really worth while. I used to get 150 biscuits once a week as well as my daily ones for walking my 2 dogs. Tesco £10 vouchers cost 850 biscuits. Not anymore, you either get 5 biscuits per day per dog or pay £3.99 to pay for the app. It would take me about 4 months to get a £10 voucher!. I have exchanged biscuits for my last voucher and I have now uninstalled the app! NO THANK YOU!

Absolutely first class company

Absolutely first class company. Their website is very easy to use. I ordered yesterday (Sunday!) and it was here the next day, free by DPD. I even got a £15 voucher to use!. My dogs love the food and I now use the dried kibble and the wet food as a topper. Bowls are spotless in seconds! I have a subscription so it’s ordered automatically for me and it’s cheaper this way too, so win win! Highly recommended 🤩

Absolutely first class company

Absolutely first class company. Quality trusted “Standard” fireworks. Great price (better than Asda). Ordered on Saturday and they arrived the very next day! Great helpful customer service too. First time I have bought a firework cake and didn’t know what to do about the paper cover. They answered my query in a text. Will buy from there again, highly recommended!

Poor

I took my parcel directly to a sorting depot (as opposed to a convenience store) on a Friday morning when they opened at 10am. It was scanned in and I received an email to confirm this. However I was keeping an eye on the tracking and as of the Monday morning it was showing as still at the depot. I drove over there and the lady said the driver that was supposed to collect it had handed his notice in. She said she had now put it in the correct cage to be collected. This makes me look poor as a seller on eBay. I won’t use them again.
Update: today is now Tuesday and my parcel is still showing as sat at Alfreton depot. I drove over again with a view to retrieving it and using a different currier service, but the lady I spoke to said she couldn’t find it. I told her it had been put in a crate and she said she wouldn’t be able to get it for me now. She also said that they are behind with a backlog of scanning. Absolutely awful experience and I have refunded my customer £5 to make up a little way for her inconvenience and understanding.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! I’m not using Royal Mail ever again. I’ve paid for a first class service too many times and receive 3rd class service. They are more expensive than their competitors too. No point choosing tracked 24 because it hardly ever gets there in 24hours. Switching to Evri or yodel where I can. There’s nothing “royal” about Royal Mail!

Awful experience

I ordered a fragrance from the Les Exclusifs range. After 5 days of waiting for it to arrive I rang them on the Friday. They said it was scheduled to be dispatched next week! However I had a notification the next day that it was dispatched and it arrived the next day (when they told me they weren’t offering next day at the moment). The sample of the fragrance wasn’t included in my parcel. There’s no other way to try before you buy. I was also charged £4 delivery when the website said it was complimentary. I contacted them and they did refund me. However I returned the fragrance as I didn’t like it. I was notified on 1st August that my return had been received and that I would get a refund. My refund hasn’t arrived yet so I contacted them yesterday again and they said the refund for the fragrance had been made on 1st August. There’s nothing in my bank. They told me to get in touch with them, so it seems I’m going to have to fight for my £215 with the help of my bank. Won’t shop with them again!

Outstanding

I have ordered 2 fragrance samples so far and must say they are absolutely genuine! The customer service is outstanding. One of my orders went astray and they immediately “jumped” on it and sorted it for me as it was a Royal Mail fault. Parcels arrived carefully packed with love and attention to detail. Can’t praise highly enough! Just a note for them to stock more Chanel please 🙏

Can't refuse delivery of a damaged parcel

I ordered off vinted and my item was delivered to the locker, however when the door opened and I took out my parcel, I saw it was damaged. It was a plastic parcel packet and it looked like someone had got it stuck somewhere and yanked it out. It was dirty and oily looking and was torn right through to the garment underneath. This too was very dirty and oily with a large hole in it. Completely unwearable!

Omg! Absolutely brilliant! A life saver!

Omg! Well I don’t actually believe it! My little pug has had soft stools that I was unable to pick up ever since we bought her when she was 8 months old. She is now 18 months old. I tried many different dog foods, good quality expensive brands and also special recipes for sensitive tummies. I also tried Purina fortiflora and pro Kolin paste. Nothing worked. I was using yumove joint care for my other pug with amazing results so thought this will be my last shot, I’ll try the digestive care plus. She is a tiny pug so I only needed half a sachet, but wow, overnight it worked. Her poops now are textbook! If anyone is wondering if it’s worth it, don’t hesitate! It’s absolutely brilliant!

A true sceptic is now a convert!

Well, I’m a true sceptic and it really does work! My little pug was quite lame and miserable, not willing to go walks and even started messing in the house. It has taken a couple of months on the max strength (with two tablets per day for the first month) and she moves much more freely, she is definitely happier, and goes walking every day with our other dogs. I know walking is good for joint stiffness. She has seen the vet and is also taking rheumocam daily. I’m so pleased because a happy puggy is a happy mummy! I have just signed up for the digestive care for my other pug because nothing else will work to firm her stools. We will see! Watch this space!

Genuine perfume at an unbelievable price

I received my perfume fairly quickly and at a really good price. It is certainly genuine. The box was cellophane wrapped and sealed and the batch code on the box matched that of the bottle. I looked up the batch code number and it confirm it’s authenticity and was also manufactured just 2 months before I purchased it, so almost 3years of fresh perfume left! Very happy!

Not for our shih tzu

Ordered this for our very picky shih tzu, unfortunately she wouldn’t touch it. I had the salmon one and the chicken. My pugs love it, but then pugs will eat ANYTHING. It has a very very strong smell once it’s hydrated, and not altogether pleasant. I was able to cancel my subscription without any problem.

The best dog food in the world!

We bought our lovely little shih tzu at almost 3 years old. We noticed she was scratching a lot and had teary eyes. The vet recommended a hypoallergenic food and she was put on apoquel medication. This helped so we stopped the apoquel. She was scratching again almost instantly, so we figured it wasn’t her food because she was on Hills hypoallergenic food. We put her back on apoquel. She has since become a very fussy eater and I have tried Pets at home food, Scrumbles, and Pure dog food as seen on dragons den. She turned her nose up at them all. She would rather not eat for 2 days. I then tried Lily’s kitchen, and no word of a lie she polishes her bowl and gets excited about mealtimes. I give her the dry food mixed with the wet. I’m overjoyed because I wanted her to enjoy eating!. I have also stopped the apoquel medication. She is on her 5th day without it and no scratching! I can’t believe it! It’s miracle food and I can’t praise it highly enough. She is happier too, noticeably. Thank you Lily’s kitchen!!
