Check how much you are paying for a subscription!

Well I have really changed my mind about this company. I was paying £17 a month for joint care plus max strength on subscription. My daughter happened to mention one day that she also had a subscription for the same product and same size dog and said she is paying £14.57. I contacted them to ask why mine was so much more (and I have been using them for quite a while now). They asked me to send a screenshot of her subscription details which I did. They then said they can’t discuss this without her express permission (which I understand). However they didn’t offer to reduce my price.
I decided to cancel my susbscription and open a new one in my husbands name. This is now costing us £12.15 a month for the exact same subscription. It really doesn’t seem fair. I know what they are doing isn’t illegal but they are just greedy. I urge everyone to look at any subscriptions they have a little more closely!

We do offer introductory discounts such as 50% off the first two orders for new subscribers (and then an ongoing 20% discount), we also offer 40% off if you have more than one item on your subscription so this will also affect the pricing on different accounts and may explain the price differences you’ve seen. These offers can vary depending on when and how the subscription was started but as a standard our subscriptions have the same ongoing offers.
