Awful experience
I ordered a fragrance from the Les Exclusifs range. After 5 days of waiting for it to arrive I rang them on the Friday. They said it was scheduled to be dispatched next week! However I had a notification the next day that it was dispatched and it arrived the next day (when they told me they weren’t offering next day at the moment). The sample of the fragrance wasn’t included in my parcel. There’s no other way to try before you buy. I was also charged £4 delivery when the website said it was complimentary. I contacted them and they did refund me. However I returned the fragrance as I didn’t like it. I was notified on 1st August that my return had been received and that I would get a refund. My refund hasn’t arrived yet so I contacted them yesterday again and they said the refund for the fragrance had been made on 1st August. There’s nothing in my bank. They told me to get in touch with them, so it seems I’m going to have to fight for my £215 with the help of my bank. Won’t shop with them again!
