Poor

I took my parcel directly to a sorting depot (as opposed to a convenience store) on a Friday morning when they opened at 10am. It was scanned in and I received an email to confirm this. However I was keeping an eye on the tracking and as of the Monday morning it was showing as still at the depot. I drove over there and the lady said the driver that was supposed to collect it had handed his notice in. She said she had now put it in the correct cage to be collected. This makes me look poor as a seller on eBay. I won’t use them again.
Update: today is now Tuesday and my parcel is still showing as sat at Alfreton depot. I drove over again with a view to retrieving it and using a different currier service, but the lady I spoke to said she couldn’t find it. I told her it had been put in a crate and she said she wouldn’t be able to get it for me now. She also said that they are behind with a backlog of scanning. Absolutely awful experience and I have refunded my customer £5 to make up a little way for her inconvenience and understanding.
