Terrible Customer Service

Takes them days at least to reply to emails, many of which are just left unanswered. Their courier has lost my parcel and they won't take responsibility.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Purchased an item. Paid exorbitant postage, but date promised was in time as it was a gift. Goods of course didn't arrive and a week after the promised date still hadn't. Won't give me a refund even though they stopped the goods from being received by me. Have to file a credit card claim. DO NOT BUY FROM

Food tastes great!!

Food tastes great. Not what I've expected having tried many others. Good pricing. Super happy with having found YooFoodz and it's great they have the larger meal size options!

Terrible customer service.

Purchased goods online following information and advice received from their customer service. The purchase didn't work with my car. That happens.

I requested a refund and return. They refused on the basis that I should have known it wouldn't work specifically with my car.

I requested the return shortly after receiving the goods. They are unused in the box.

They will not give me a refund!

Hit a few hurdles of my own doing, but the customer service here is ace! Thank you Duncan for talking me through it and making it easy. I wasn't sure about upgrading from Version 6, but Version 7 is great and now I'm all running, super happy!
