Takes them days at least to reply to emails, many of which are just left unanswered. Their courier has lost my parcel and they won't take responsibility.

Purchased a lifetime plan a couple of years ago. Worked well, but now I've been locked out, cannot access the CPanel and have not had any reply to my multiple support requests. DON'T GO NEAR THESE GUYS

Absolutely shocking customer service. Purchased an item. Paid exorbitant postage, but date promised was in time as it was a gift. Goods of course didn't arrive and a week after the promised date still hadn't. Won't give me a refund even though they stopped the goods from being received by me. Have to file a credit card claim. Very happy with the finished product, great price and arrived surprisingly quickly!

Ordered 5 weeks ago. Still don't have my order and it hasn't shipped. Horrendous. You can't use Covid as an excuse. Stop taking orders if you can't fulfil them? Or tell people when they order? Appalling service.

Purchased goods online following information and advice received from their customer service. The purchase didn't work with my car. That happens.

I requested a refund and return. They refused on the basis that I should have known it wouldn't work specifically with my car.

I requested the return shortly after receiving the goods. They are unused in the box.

They will not give me a refund!

Hit a few hurdles of my own doing, but the customer service here is ace! Thank you Duncan for talking me through it and making it easy. I wasn't sure about upgrading from Version 6, but Version 7 is great and now I'm all running, super happy!
