I cannot believe a company that is just such a scam and is allowed to get away with everything they do ! I am still experiencing anxiety about the case that I am in trying to get a refund after sending the item back to china . It has been delivered as I had the tracking number and checked it. They said they would refund when they received it. They initially said sent me the wrong bag ! So it was their mistake. It cost me $35 to send it back . The bag cost over $100 which was dodgy as they stated it was meat. What a joke ! I couldn’t give it away it was that ugly ! They are so stubborn will not admit their fault and just refuse to refund. They offer 20 % discount and I could keep the bag ! What person in their right would except this ? I didn’t and I have also opened a case against them suing them for my expenses and my anxiety. I have never encountered anything like this in my life. They should be shut down!all dep

It was the first and last time I will buy anything from Soolinen.
I ordered a bag and it took so long to get here but more importantly they sent the wrong bag.
When I contacted them to get information on were I send it back to for a refund I got pushed around them telling me I would have to send it back and it was going to cost me. They also stated that when I do send it back write on the package that it was a return and also write that it was valued at $10 that way they wouldn’t be charged for whatever. The bag I bought was $100 and the postage was $35. I am ropeable. I am sooooo angry as they kept on offering 10% refund and i could keep the bag ect ect I was not going to agree with that so I ended up posting it . The next thing will be that they will say tgat they never received it and i will be chasing my tail trying to get the refund like others that it has happened to.
Anyway, I have put in a formal complaint against them because of their dishonesty and for the fact that they sent the wrong bag and they should have paid for the postage.
I will let you know the outcome if interested.

This company is so dodgy ! Do not buy anything from them. They sent me my shoes and the smell was disgusting ! They were too small and the size on sole had been scratched off! I asked for a refund and they would only give me 20% of the total. If I sent them back for a full refund it was going to cost me $38 to send to china ! They advertise that they are an Australian company which is a load of shit ! They are scammers and i haven’t finished with them yet ! I am going to show everyone what kind of scammers they really are!

It arrived in good time but unfortunately it wasn't what i expected, buy thank you anyway.

I just want to say THANK YOU!!!!! The friend i got it for just loved it!!! She burst into tears; we loved it so much. I recommend anyone that is looking for the perfect gift.
