I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
THE DOCTOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND
CARING. I WAS ASSESED AND PRESCRIBED WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF MAKING THE BOOKING. A HASLE FREE, AND EASY PROCESS. THE DOCTOR CALLED ME BACK, TO MAKE SURE ID RECIEVED THE CORRECT SCRIPT, AND CHECK UP ON HOW I WAS DOING. A GREAT SERVICE. FASTER THAN GOING TO A DOCTOR AND WAITING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH DOCTOR. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.
From the beginning until the end my experience was excellent. The staff were efficient and then the doctor rang and emailed me a referral. The receipt of the email was checked and after I had the Xray, I was rang and asked when and where I had had it done. Brilliant service.

Prime Medic Australia is a complete scam. I’ve asked multiple times for proper invoices with provider details, item numbers, and a breakdown of services, but they continue to refuse. Instead, I only get basic payment receipts that are completely useless for insurance claims and my records.
On top of that, every time I’ve contacted them, they tell me “this is not claimable”. Who the hell are they to tell me that? Are they Bupa representatives? They have no right to make that call. I have not claimed anything with them ever.
And don’t get me started on their customer service. I’ve chatted with their agents who use Australian women names, but when they need to ring me while I am in the chat, an Indian accent dude picks up, claiming to be the same chat person. This is fraudulent, deceptive, and a clear indication of scam-like behavior.
This has happened not once, not twice, but at least five times. I’m done letting this slide. I’m filing complaints with Consumer Affairs Victoria, ACCC, and AHPRA, and I demand that Prime Medic is held accountable for their illegal practices.
I’ve tried to resolve this several times, and I’m no longer tolerating being misled. Avoid Prime Medic at all costs — they’re nothing but scammers.

The forms were confusing to get an appointment and I had a bit of trouble getting the right one - had to start again a few times. What I wanted and my medical condition was not even listed. 2/10 But within 15 minutes, the doctor’s receptionist contacted me for key info, saving time for me & doctor, lowering my anxiety about talking to the doctor with his manner plus I knew help was imminent - it was clear that he was actually the receptionist of the doctor I was going to be talking to not just some general receptionist from the company. He was wonderful. He asked what he needed to with a professional manner that was nonetheless kind and sympathetic. He made genuine connection without crossing the line into familiar or intrusive. No stigma or discrimination. 10/10 The doctor similarly was respectful, knowledgeable, professional, used time well and was very clear. He was a little gruff at first, and may have been slightly out of his comfort zone but he recovered well and I felt really good about the call afterwards. I got the feeling that he was a top-notch doctor not someone who couldn’t get a job somewhere else. The high performance of the 2 humans I spoke to made the service feel 1st class. 9/10 I was really surprised to see the follow-up texts and even though I knew it was AI drive, I still appreciated it. I liked how it asked if I was well rather than feeling too much like a sales pitch to keep me as a customer - is it a pretty good balance between my interests and your interests. 7/10

Very friendly and efficient service. I was able to access Telehealth in a timely manner which is what you need when you're not feeling great. In fact I was advised that it could be earlier than originally booked if I was available. So the communication was brilliant.

Amazing! We love using PrimeMedic for our appts. The Dr's and staff provide such a great service and care to their patients and take the time to understand your needs. I find I'd rather use PrimeMedic than attending my local GP. The service is fabulous, Thank you!

Today my daughter spoke to a caring and understanding doctor. The Doctor helped my daughter as she challenges with speaking to people. My daughter listened to the words of advice. My daughter and myself have never been given these words of wisdom and medical advice .
The doctor understood how my daughter’s diagnosis restricts her ability to understand direct words .
The Doctor gave my daughter strategies to help with new medication and struggles with eating food.
My apologies as I can’t remember the doctor’s name . Hopefully this message will put a name to the Chat
Thank-you for helping my daughter with obtaining a script and strategies to improve her health and wellbeing.
On other comment I had issues with login and the company was so helpful and supportive
Thank you
Change comes from people that care and this company does that

I have been using PRIME MEDIC. For some time now...
The respond promptly .... it's so much better than having to go & sit in a surgery waiting to be seen...especially when your not feeling the best and probably catch something from other people there..
I am very grateful that I can stay home when I'm not feeling well and still able to talk to a Dr & still get a script, knowing that, IF the Dr feels I should be SEEN BY A DR , I shall be given the best advice to do this... PRIME MEDIC is a blessing & im grateful for this service... Thank you.........Mrs Diane Smith
