Please do not buy anything from this company as they are China scammers. I ordered 2 pair of shoes and when they turned up they were cheap plastic knockoffs. Of course I did not get a refund even though I sent them back to China at my expense!!!!!!

This company advertised on Facebook as a mother daughter business in Sydney, but they are a con running out of China. Their photos showed high quality styled and fitted fashion garments, made with high quality materials, but what I received was extremely cheap low quality items, poorly sewn and badly shaped, made with cheap quality materials.
It took ages for them to reply with an address and when they finally did it was an address in China.
I sent the goods back, back they claimed they never arrived. I'm out of pocket now for the 3 items $283.00 and for postage to send back to China.

Also note: All their good reviews were all lodged on the same day 10 April 2025, which are probably all fraudulent reviews!

Rating is actually minus 10. I too purchased sandals advertised as leather Sketchers but when they arrived they were vinyl and had a strong chemical smell. I emailed them and they told me to post them back, which I did at my expense of approx $25. I had to return to China to the address advised by them by email. It only took 5 days to reach China, however, they remained in Chinese customs for 4 months. Initially they responded to my emails but then I was advised the email I was emailing to was no longer active. I ended up disputing the transaction with my bank who retrieved the initial purchase price of $69.95 so overall out of pocket $25. Last Friday I received a call from my local post office to say my parcel had been returned. I now have shoes I don’t want back. I put a post on Facebook when it first happened and note they no longer advertise there but they are still on the internet, hence my post here to warn other unsuspecting buyers from being ripped of by this business. Not who they purport to be on their website. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company is a big ripoff. I got shoes from them & they were way too small so I sent them back to china ( not Sydney NSW) & have been constantly asking for a refund & have been waiting since April & still haven’t received what’s owing to me. Now they’re not responding to my emails

I sent back boots I bought because they were the wrong size. It cost half the price of the boots to send them back to china, even though the name infers it is a Sydney company.
I still have not received a refund & it has been 4 months.
Now their emails are bouncing & their website is down.

This should be zero stars!! I can only think that the two 5 star reviews are from the company themself or a close friend. I’m still getting marketing emails from them.
The shoes I received were poor quality and nothing like I expected; the size was way smaller than it should have been.

Shoes arrived, completely wrong size. Got details to return registered post - 2 months later.....still waiting. Now when I email them back, it comes back saying Email unknow. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS BIG TIME!!!!!

Stay away from this Company. Terrible service, you think you are supporting an Australian company, but I needed to send my shoes back, had to send to China, cost $27 - 2 months later still no refund.

They advertise as a Sydney Australia based business but they are a chinese business, shoe sizes are incorrect so you have to return the product and even though you send back by registered post they conveniently get lost and no refund. DO NOT USE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I have been waiting over 2 months for my refund - not going to happen :(

Cheap Chinese import company hiding behind a false online story. Do not buy from them. I ordered orthopaedic sandals with arch support. Received cheap plastic flat sandals with a piece of scratchy elastic for a strap. Don’t trust the address they give for returns either. It’s dodgy and your return will never arrive. Thankfully I used PayPal and disputed and got my money back that way. Avoid this Company at all costs. You will not get what you ordered!

If I could give zero stars I would. They falsely advertise brand of shoes- show a different shoe online to what is delivered. They give all the excuses about why they won’t refund when you return to them. They tell you that they’re based in Sydney but you must- at your own expense, send back to China. Beware!!

Advertise quality orthopaedic sandals then send cheap Chinese fake from China (not Sydney!, not Au family business!). When you complain, they insist on you sending them back to China (over $50 postage, your cost) and only then think about providing refund. And you still might not get it. Web pictures, wed description, all lies, deception. Product is counterfeit.

This company is so dodgy ! Do not buy anything from them. They sent me my shoes and the smell was disgusting ! They were too small and the size on sole had been scratched off! I asked for a refund and they would only give me 20% of the total. If I sent them back for a full refund it was going to cost me $38 to send to china ! They advertise that they are an Australian company which is a load of shit ! They are scammers and i haven’t finished with them yet ! I am going to show everyone what kind of scammers they really are!

The standard was dreadful, look so cheap! What a waste of money. The 'boots' were also too big. Definitely not Australian made. In the bin and lesson learned.

Fake products terrible quality do not buy from them. Bad bad

I ordered orange orthopedic sandals featuring a gel filled sole. What I received was salmon coloured, flimsy vinyl with a fabric lining and no branding. They arrived in a plastic bag and it weight only 280 grams! I didn't bother contacting the seller as other disgruntled customers advised against this as the customer has to pay return postage to China and then the company saying that the parcel was never received. I put in a complaint straight away to Pay Pay Pal. Within minutes I received a response saying they had ruled in my favour and I would receive a full refund into my account from Pay Pal. Chrystel Sydney is obviously not a mother/daughter business operating from Australia but a scam company in China!

It has taken me over three weeks to get my boots the smell is overwhelming of chemicals . They are too big I lodged a complaint to PayPal over a week ago and they keep telling me to close the complaint and they Will refund me but I refuse too absolutely not. Then they want me to send the shoes to china they told me logistically it was quicker to come from China I said I live 90 minutes away drive from Sydney impossible . I’m hoping PayPal will refund me .

Shoes do not fit. Small sizing. Poor quality. I unfortunately bought 3 pairs.
There was a strong smell of glue and they were packaged poorly.
As I read the reviews and disgust by other buyers and their warning not to bother trying to return the shoes to an address in China, I will have to use it as a lesson learned and throw them in the bin. They will not send me the correct sizing and I don’t want to waste more money on shipping costs! Waste of my hard earned money and thinking I got a good buy. BIG MISTAKE! Shame on Chrysler Shoes!! I want a full refund!! 🙁

Shoes arrived poorly packaged, and strong smell of glue when packet was opened. The shoes were very poor quality. When I emailed for a reply paid postage label I was sent an address in China .. no reply paid .. and postage costing me half the price I paid for shoes. I would not recommend purchasing from this site at all

ordered sketchers . shoes that arrived were definately not sketchers. cheap .poorly made shoes with no inner support at all. no lable or paper work.
