This is the second time I have used this service. A simple, easy and efficient way to get rid of an old phone while ensuring it is responsibly re-used. Price paid was very reasonable as well. Only drawback is that they don't accept phones, even Samsung models, which are not UK market listed, which means that I can't send my wife's old Singapore version Galaxy J3 Pro. Nonetheless, the system works well for me.

Looking for some uPVC and found this place by accident. Ordered on line and had confirmation that the order was ready only minutes later. Depot at Great Yarmouth was an Aladdin's cave when I visited. Service was brilliant and staff were very friendly and helpful. I will look forward to using this place again.

Received a card from DX today telling me they have an important delivery for me. No name details on the card, (my wife and I use different surnames), no reason why it wasn't left and nothing else on there either. Checked on website and it says delivery left with neighbour. My immediate neighbours on one side are elderly and infirm and will not even answer the door, the other side are out at work all day. So where is my delivery? This company is still hiding under the Covid umbrella, not answering phones, no live chat.... and I can't complain to the sender because we don't even know what it is or who it's from. Not the first bad experience with DX. Disgraceful company.

Company that supplies a very wide range of good quality ironmongery with an equally good quality dispatch and delivery service. Not the cheapest, but their range will often provide what's needed when no one else can.

Very efficient company, (in spite of Covid problems). Good range of tiles at competitive prices. Delivery was very efficient as well. Only downside was one member of staff who, having taken the money, couldn't wait to get away, despite us having some further questions. Fortunately, his younger, more customer focussed, colleague, was really kind and helpful. Her help and kind attitude negated that of her colleague and weleft 100% satisfied with our purchase.

Extremely efficient in fulfilling my requirement. A small, but, (to me), important order despatched promptly and delivered rapidly. First time I've used them, but will not be the last. Really impressed.

Have use National Tyres several times over the years and have generally found them to be reliable and helpful.Wasn't expecting anything different on this occasion. Good website, competitive prices and easy booking for fitting.

Before I begin, I would like to make it clear that my delivery was a courier job, from a private seller to myself, so I had no complaints about packaging, assembly etc.
I received a text stating they would be with me in 40 minutes and they arrived in 35. They were actually 45 minutes than the earliest time they had indicated the previous day, so no complaints about that either.
However, as the van came down the road, it was dragging securing straps along behind it, not tucked in or tidied after the last drop; both illegal and dangerous.
The two men were polite and pleasant, but neither wore masks or gloves.
I was slightly alarmed when the vehicle was opened to see that it was soaking wet inside, although a glance around the vehicle didn't reveal any leaks or damage to the roof. An upright fridge was leaning precariously to one side, and other packages, as well as a sack barrow, were lying loose and scattered around the loadspace. My consignment, a leather foot stool, was face down, (leather side down), on the wet floor. Fortunately, my seller had taken care to wrap several layers of pallet wrap over it, as well as covering the sides in cardboard, so fortunately there was no damage, although it was pretty wet on the outside. Last comment is about payment. I was only told that payment would be required upon delivery in the text I received 40 minutes before delivery. Furdeco had not previously notified me of this and I assumed they would ask me to pay on line. No facility was offered to pay by card, so I was required to pay cash. Since Covid began, I have had little use for cash, so they were lucky I had enough to pay them.
The delivery was prompt, efficient, polite and well priced, but with my list of observations, I can't say it was a 'quality' job.

Sensible price, good product and very efficient delivery. What else could you want?

Had both the items I needed and, although not the cheapest, the parts were dispatched very quickly. This enabled me to deal with a problem quickly, for which I am grateful. (Delivery was not affected ny Covid outbreak).

Unexpectedly good service, especially in the very difficult conditions caused by the viral pandemic. Tracking showed the driver had a huge number of parcels to deliver, but he obviously worked very hard and fast to get things delivered. Great job by the drivers and the company as a whole. Well done and thank you.

My wife booked a flight at 11.30 this morning, 27th August, to go to Thailand tomorrow to visit her dying mother, (who has a matter of days). Now 18.30, less than 24 hours before the flight and still no documentation. Chatbots on the helpline, but cant' get a human agent after another 40 minute wait. Helplines either go unanswered or constantly go round in circles. Been waiting 30 minutes for a person, still just getting poor music. Have booked to go to Thailand many times with other websites, who manage to provide full documentation within minutes. This is just appalling service.

Excellent company. Great selection of fixings at good prices, followed up with quick dispatch and good service. I've ordered from them several times and the standards are consistently good, (which is why I go back to them).

This was my 7th order with Fast Keys and, as usual, they were excellent. Their service IS fast, prices are competitive, stock availability seems to be exceptionally good and they provide useful advice, help and support on the phone. It is a pleasure to deal with a company like this and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Not bad, but updates of repayments always seem to be months behind which reflects on credit score. Offers indications of loans and credit cards which, in terms of interest rates, are way above anything I already have and would therefore never even consider. Guess it's OK for a free service but if I wanted a reliable, up to date service I would pay to use Credit Expert.
