Received a card from DX today telling me they have an important delivery for me. No name details on the card, (my wife and I use different surnames), no reason why it wasn't left and nothing else on there either. Checked on website and it says delivery left with neighbour. My immediate neighbours on one side are elderly and infirm and will not even answer the door, the other side are out at work all day. So where is my delivery? This company is still hiding under the Covid umbrella, not answering phones, no live chat.... and I can't complain to the sender because we don't even know what it is or who it's from. Not the first bad experience with DX. Disgraceful company.
