Review of TotallyMoney

OK-ish

Not bad, but updates of repayments always seem to be months behind which reflects on credit score. Offers indications of loans and credit cards which, in terms of interest rates, are way above anything I already have and would therefore never even consider. Guess it's OK for a free service but if I wanted a reliable, up to date service I would pay to use Credit Expert.

Hi Colin,

We partner with the credit reference agency Callcredit to provide you with your Credit Report. Callcredit act like a data library, pulling in information from public accounts (such as the electoral register) and financial accounts.

It can take up to six weeks for lenders to update Callcredit of any new information on your account and for Callcredit to update your credit report of this information. This means there may be a delay in any actions to your account and it being visible on your credit report.

Callcredit provide us with a snapshot of your credit report once a month. Once we receive the updated credit report, we will email you to let you know that your new credit report is available to view. As we are only provided with a snapshot, any information that Callcredit update after your report has been provided will be shown in your next month’s update.

Your credit score is live, however. This means that any changes to your credit report will be reflected in your credit score daily and not limited by when your credit report updates.

I hope this helps to explain.

Many thanks,

Joe
