A 2hr 55min delay from Manchester…

A 2hr 55min delay from Manchester Airport didn’t start the holiday off on a good start but nothing prepared us for the hotel hisperia Brístol playa in corralejo Fuertaventura ( dead rat in the laundry room ) cockroaches, a damp room with a damp bed, musty blankets, no maid service no towels or new sheets in a week. Staying here made me Ill I am currently on antibiotics because of this hotel so I decided to contact easyJet to inform them and see what could be done. The reply I received was very insulting indicating that my illness was probably change in climate, diet etc even though I have not been on an antibiotic course in almost ten years. When spending nearly 2000 pound on a week self catering basis I expected a better memory than this one. EasyJet are only interested in getting your money so my advice to anyone thinking of booking with them is don’t because of disappointing after customer service.

After getting ill on my recent trip to…

After getting ill on my recent trip to Fuertaventura which needed medical assistance I have got to admit I was concerned about gettting help online but how wrong I was because the service I received was 5 star from start to finish. Doctorsa put me in touch with a fantastic doctor who when I video called her was very thorough, professional and friendly. The whole process took just one hour from me contacting doctorsa to me picking my antibiotics up. If I or any members of my family ever have the misfortune of falling ill abroad I can guarantee doctorsa will be my first call. Thanks again.

This is a warning to anyone who has…

This is a warning to anyone who has premium bonds with nsandi be very careful. My mum recently passed away and my dad wanted to close the account and get the funds returned to him. Not only do they not know what they are doing by not advising over the phone how to apply correctly but because my parents did not have a will this could not be done without a grant of probate letter from a solicitor costing between 500-1800 pounds. Apparently a death certificate doesn’t matter. Nsandi don’t tell you this when you are purchasing premium bonds so be aware if god forbid something happens you could possibly have the same trouble our family is going through. As a final note most banks now do around 5 percent interest rates so you would get a better return on your investments.

Me and my wife went to the reebok store…

Me and my wife went to the reebok store in Bolton and purchased a pair of Harlan sofas and a message to anyone thinking of buying from dfs think twice. When we bought the sofas I was told that there was no cooling off period yet the sofas would only be ready around 10 weeks later so it must take 10 weeks to make 2 sofas. We were told that we could have had the sofas delivered and installed and all the packaging taken away for 99 pound only to read in the terms and conditions this would have been done anyway. After complaining and being told nothing could be done we then discovered only last week these sofas have been reduced in price. I contacted dfs to see if the difference in price could be claimed back was told yes you guessed it nothing could be done. We also purchased the 399 pound after care package which has left me with the uncomfortable feeling that if anything should happen I am going to be answered with yes here we go again nothing can be done. My advice to anyone thinking of going to dfs is think twice and be careful when signing up because because my experience has not been a happy one so it’s a 1 star from me. Well it’s now over 3weeks later after cazoo promised they would investigate within a 10 day time frame and report their findings back to me but hey guess what nothing no reply.. CAZOO I cannot stress this enough to anyone thinking of buying a car from these cowboys steer well clear and if you don’t believe me check most of the other reviews on trustpilot. Watch what will happen now I will get either a sorry you didnt get a 5 star service we will take your feedback on board or send us your details even though I have sent everything they requested numerous times to no avail. DO NOT USE CAZOO if you want a quality car with piece of mind

Hello everyone just another update on…

Hello everyone just another update on my ongoing issues with cazoo and how they just say thanks for the feedback whilst making no attempt to help you resolve the problem car they have supplied. After back and forth messages over the last few weeks their latest attempt to silence me is send a copy of the agreement as if me sending the order number at least 5/6 times was no good.. so off I go again 10 days now I have got to wait for a reply. I can not stress enough DO NOT buy a car from cazoo and if you don’t believe me have a look at all the other awful reviews left by more disgruntled customers…

Hello everyone just a quick update about Cazoo and their non existent customer service the 14000 pound Mercedes is in the garage yet again that’s the 3rd time in around 6 months. You would expect that with such an expensive purchase Cazoo would be very helpful in getting the problem solved. But nothing just the replies which have been posted on trustpilot. Cazoo has not been helpful at all so my advice to anyone interested in buying a car with piece of mind is stay well away from Cazoo because if any problem should arise you are on your own…

Absolutely awful firm to deal with if…

Absolutely awful firm to deal with if your after buying a car and want piece of mind when it arrives cazoo is not the firm for you .. my son and daughter in law bought a 14000 pound Mercedes a class and after only 4 months the car is in the garage with engine trouble. After ringing cazoo hoping the matter could be resolved how surprised were they to be told there is only a 90 day warranty and they was not prepared to do anything else. My advice to anyone buying a car from cazoo is steer well clear because if the car does suddenly develop a fault their non existent customer service won’t help you. Avoid at all costs …

My wife whom I recently married has been trying unsuccessfully to change her details including married name, address and combining two pension into one with absolutely no luck whatsoever. She is getting pushed from pillar to post by phone call and email . What an absolute disgrace the people and procedures in place this firm has . I’m surprised to be honest why anyone would ever think of putting their pension with these lot . I wouldn’t give them one star

Hello after hearing good things about…

Hello after hearing good things about lighting legend I decided to purchase some mains powered garden lights and what a good decision that turned out to be . They were easy to install and are a lot brighter than any solar garden lights I have ever purchased . So after buying 15m I also bought another 15m and another 7m to finish the whole garden perimeter. I am very impressed with these lights and would recommend anybody else to go to lighting legends if you are after garden lighting

After purchasing a Rolex submariner date 2022 model priced at 8050 pounds I decided the watch was not suitable for me so enquired with watchfinder about selling it on . I was amazed that a sought after timepiece of which there is a model on their website priced at 16500 pound their offer was between 7000 and 7500 . Needless to say I will not be selling it to watchfinder to see them make up to 9000 pounds profit which is ridiculous to say the least so if any one is after selling an expensive watch my advice is go elsewhere

What an absolute shambles Manchester airport is I had the pleasure of flying out of this dump last week for a week abroad . Rip off drop off charges ignorant check in staff especially the miserable woman on Ryanair desk no 56 . Massive queues to get through security . I can honestly say the excuses these clowns 🤡 keep coming out with about the pandemic I’m sure Spain had the same issues but no problem there . No more flying from this airport ever for me and my family and I hope everyone else does the same .

Well British Gas here we go again…

Well British Gas here we go again thanks Nathan for your reply although it is quite amusing the only time these cowboys get in touch is due to bad reviews or publicity. My wife rang again to increase our payments to 250 a month which surprisingly was very easy and this is what British Gas advised us to do . Well todays British Gas joke is now we are not paying enough even after they told us to do it so let’s recap first we was paying too much then too little then we was 1500 in debt then after meter readings taken by us 600 then too little then 336 a month then 140 was too much advising us to drop our payments again and now after being told to pay 250 a month we have been told after all this we are still gonna be in debt . British Gas 😂😂😂 don’t bother sending your automated replies to get in touch I have wasted enough time dealing with you

Just a quick update thanks Heidi for your quick reply although being satisfied with the outcome of the phone call is debatable. After ringing and offering to pay the arrears accrued by no fault of our own just the incompetent people employed by British Gas and expecting to carry on paying 140 a month for a two bed house with two people living in it . We was again quite shocked to be told that 250 a month is now the only option available to us as if we didn’t we would eventually owe 850 . Yet today on our account it states 140 is enough and we will be 153 in credit as we are paying too much . Now we are being advised by British Gas 🤠 to reduce our payments . British Gas what a joke , customer service your having a laugh 😂 this cost of living crisis won’t last forever and this will be the first firm I get away from and never return and advise everyone to do the same …
