British Gas are probably the worst firm…

British Gas are probably the worst firm I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with . Me and my wife moved into a small house and was told to pay 76 pound a month for gas and electric . British Gas contacted us after a few months and told us they would be dropping the payments to 40 pound a month as we was paying too much . My wife rang them querying this and was assured this was correct . A few months later we received a statement saying we was now 1500 in debt . My wife rang and was told to take meter readings and now the correct debt was 600 so where did these clowns get 1500 from . British Gas apologised for their mistake and we agreed to pay 140 a month to clear this debt that they caused by telling us we was paying too much and dropping our payments . Today our new statement arrived telling us what we are paying is covering what we are using by quite a margin . Yet on the same statement further down we have now been told our payments will be going up to 336 a month for a 2 bedroom house with only 2 occupants . British Gas the firm that makes it up as they go along …

What an absolute disgrace this company is go with deliveroo or just eats they send u pretend codes that never work when you try to apply them this is not the first time but this is the last time I’m Uber eats is getting deleted and deliveroo from now on

DO NOT BUY FROM LIGHTINTHEBOX if you think your consumer rights will be upheld because after spending 150 pound on a dress for my wife for our daughter’s wedding what happened to us disgusted us both . The dress was advertised as a size 12 which turned out to be more like a size 8 . My wife contacted the online sales team about either returning the item for a refund or possibly getting a bigger size . The response we got was because the dress was made to measure we could not get either a refund or a replacement which is laughable because no measurements were sent . As a gesture of so called goodwill we could get 10 percent off our next purchase which really did surprise me as why would we possibly buy anything else from these clowns which wouldn’t fit . Steer well clear .

What an absolute disgrace if you just…

What an absolute disgrace if you just happen to live next door to 1 of their tenants who let’s be honest should be vetted god help you . All these people are interested in is taking the benefit money these people take and have no consideration in what problems these people cause to the neighbours in the surrounding houses . If you see a board going up saying Northwood lettings get your house up for sale because once the problems start you will never be able to sell it . I am expecting the usual sorry to hear this message from Northwood lettings please contact us to discuss this well you should have sorted this out before it got to this point .

Me and my wife had a holiday booked to…

Me and my wife had a holiday booked to lanzarote and because of this useless government and their restrictions even when the general public got told get vaccinated and things will return back to normal We had to book 2 PCR tests at DAM HEALTH at a cost of 69 pounds each . This we did with no problem but trying to get a refund as we decided it’s just not worth the hassle going abroad is a nightmare. This costs you 20 pound for the privilege and over 20 minutes on hold as you get the usual rubbish we are experiencing an high demand in calls 😂 on a premium rate phone line . It’s funny how when you are buying something from firms like this it’s so easy to buy but shocking to get a refund steer we’ll clear of this firm and find another more reputable one

During a slightly windy day 4 fascia…

During a slightly windy day 4 fascia boards fell off my roof narrowly missing myself and my 18month old grandson . As you can imagine I was not very happy as this is the 2nd time this has happened in a year . The first time this happened the roofer that turned up told me the fascia boards were not fitted correctly. I contacted Gleeson homes about this matter to be told I would have to claim on my house insurance. I was fuming and My reply was if I’d Av known when the weather was bad I’d have to pick pieces of my roof out of the garden I wouldn’t have bought the property. I don’t know what roofers they use but they should be on rogue traders Gleeson homes after customer care is shocking . Steer well clear of these cowboys as all they are interested in is getting your money and over charging you for optional extras any decent handy man would do at half the price .

After hitting the big 50 I decided to treat myself to an expensive timepiece and ROLEX was my first choice but let me tell anybody thinking of buying 1 DONT BOTHER because the authorised dealers like goldsmiths , whittles of Preston , watches of Switzerland , mappin and Webb etc are only interested in making you buy jewellery or other watches you don’t want in the off chance of getting on an imaginary register of which you could be waiting up to 6 years to get your hands on 1 . So I decided to look for another option of which an omega speedmaster 57 caught my attention . Ernest Jones in st Anne’s Manchester was the closest store that had 1 in stock so I decided to go and have a look and let me tell you what a fantastic experience I had . The salesman was friendly , professional and put me under no pressure what so ever . The watch had an 1800 pound saving and came with a 5 year warranty as well as a 200 pound wolf watch winder free . I decided to purchase it and when I told him it was for my 50th birthday he also gave me a bottle of bollinger champagne , chocolates an omega candle and pen . A great big thank you to Ernest Jones and the staff in Manchester for making my birthday a memorable one

I contacted mappin and Webb in the hope…

I contacted mappin and Webb in the hope of viewing and possibly purchasing a Rolex watch . But as usual just like the other so called authorised dealers all they are interested in is making you buy jewellery or a watch you dont want in the hope that you can get on the holy grail which is the register 😂 steer well clear my advice to anyone hoping to buy a Rolex is don’t bother it’s either places like this which are a waste of time or the smaller jewellery shops who can get you a second hand one between 1500 to 2000 more expensive but at least you won’t be forced into buying anything you don’t want or need 👎

Trying to buy a new rolex is like trying to punch fog if it’s not the authorised dealers trying to rip you off with their pathetic attempts to get you to buy jewellery you don’t need just in order to get on the waiting list then it’s the other smaller jewellery watch shops putting upwards of 1500 on a 5200 watch come on rolex rain these charlatans in 😡👎

After reaching a milestone birthday I…

After reaching a milestone birthday I thought I would treat myself to an expensive watch and whittles was recommended to me by a close friend . However after a few emails between me and whittles about purchasing such a timepiece I realised the chances of me getting one are close to zero . Apparently the waiting list is 6 years which did surprise me . I was also told my best chance of registering my interest would be to buy something now and regularly in the off chance that further down the line I would be considered . My advice to anyone looking at purchasing a Rolex is look online there are lots of different models available although you may pay more than in any jewellery / watch shop at least you won’t be have to wait 6 years

Avoid al all costs took me a long time…

Avoid al all costs took me a long time to get an integrated hood fixed . Engineer no1 turned up cudnt fix it . Engineer 2 turned up saying engineer no1 hadn’t told him correct fault so he cudnt fix it . Engineer no 3 didn’t bother turning up after I waited in all day and didn’t have the decency to let me know . Then I got a phone call saying part not in . Engineer no4 turned up and issue is now resolved only took 2months . Take your business elsewhere I know I will
