Hello cazoo thanks for your reply. I have forwarded the order number which trust pilot requested on your behalf or else my review would have been taken down within two days if I didn’t do it. I’m not expecting cazoo to respond well apart from a thanks we are sorry we didn’t provide a 5 star service and take your feedback on board rubbish. Anyone thinking of buying a car from cazoo think very carefully because if anything goes wrong with it after 3 months you are on your own even if you spend 14000 on a Mercedes like my daughter in law did …
