Good Boilers, Disaster of support after purchase!

As a gas engineer, we find Viessmann are a nightmare for support. No manuals are available, they rarely answer the telephone to provide support.

The boilers are great but once a problem a nightmare. They have not been able to provide plate heat exchangers due to hoses-shedding rubber which then blocks plates and heat exchangers.

Due to the lack of support, a pensioner since last Wednesday week was admitted to hospital and returned to the empty home with no heat. Been trying to get a bit of tech support but all you get is the mind-numbing music.

I am trying to get other jobs done so I don't hours to pray to get a response. 18 minutes waiting for an answer.
