Shambles of customer support! 2 months to reply!
Well having problems sending text messages not sending to some people. No problem just use the phone and get support or so you would think!
I called yesterday and today, you call the number, you then select who was a business they bought over, I select Rainbow, the message starts and whilst listening both times it sounds like some is dialing out. The phone starts to ring thinking now I will get help, ring ring, then it changes and rings again and you get a person who cannot help you but,”I will take the details as we have a minuscule support department and we don’t give a dam and we will call you when it suits us!”
That’s great so when your 1 support person calls and I am in a meeting or on site with others I am expected to stop dead to maybe get a bit of help.
Clearly under rescoured and in capable of providing support unless you clear your whole day and pray to get a call. Wanting support the. Radius is not a provider to select!
It’s interesting that you log a review on 19/1/23 and they only reply 29/3/23. The World could have been wiped out in the elapsed time. Another good example of the total failure of any support. Time to start shopping around for a provider with support!
