Placed order on Saturday will be Friday

I placed an order on Saturday, which was dispatched. I should have received my package today..
I had to make a payment, but the CVC space would not accept my card. I called the bank, they checked, and said it's UPS' end.
Took an hour and a half to be driven mad knowing that they are making a shambles of the delivery.
Maybe, just maybe, can someone get their finger out!
Pity DHS Spares only use this incompetent carrier!


As of today still no sign of the boiler parts which I should have had 2 days ago.
It would be faster to send it on a snail's back.

Thinking of using a courier, make sure DON’T USE UPS!

UPS is running an extortion racket demanding money to ship a parcel to NI. They are claiming that the duty should be paid.
I will be raising this with our parliament and MP's and ask for a police investigation.

You have been warned that UPS will defraud you and claim you must pay duty when you don't have to.

An update I have contacted Customs and Excise about slapping duty on my parcel, which was exempt.
Wonder how many have been ripped off?
