Poor show

Poor show! All the white bras I looked at were grubby and stained. They said they'd get new stock but want me to come back for it or pay for it to be delivered. :/ no one was interested in any customer care. At Westfield.

These rip off merchants have many…

These rip off merchants have many outlets, they are based in the Netherlands. To get your money back, you must inform your card issuer. It doesn't matter if it's a credit or debit card, or paypal! They will get your money back for you!
I do not need any help, my bank forced them to give full refund.

This is one if many outlets for TLE Ltd. Based in Netherlands. To get your money back, just inform your payment card issuer. It doesn't matter if it's credit or debit card. Your bank will pursue these rip off merchants and get your money back. Don't let them get away with it!

Deals are misleading

Deals are misleading. It says buy the £100 goodie bag for £30. In the £100 goodie bag is 20 items. In the £30 goodie bag is 5 items. I select £100 goodie bag at deal price of £30 and there is only 5 items :/ So, it's not the £100 goodie bag is it? I don't have order number bc I saw it wasn't as advertised before I paid!

False advertising

False advertising! For anyone who doesn't know: when these vile ppl rip you off, you can inform your card provider, it doesn't matter if you pay with a debit or credit card, they can pursue these criminals on your behalf and get your money back! Don't let them get away with it!

Shoes not as advertised

This is an outlet for TLE LTD, they use lots of outlets to sell their poor copies and trick ppl. Shoes not as advertised. Horrible quality. :( these vile rip off merchants have sent nasty low quality copies of the advertised shoe. I thought I had not looked properly due to poor eye sight so I didn't try to return in time. These con artists refuse to refund bc the 2 weeks has passed. They are criminals.

Driver doesn't come to the door, had to go looking as he said he couldn't deliver. Item missing cost £3.25, only £2.25 refunded :/
They replied that they can not nake adjustment to the refund once it's done so they are keeping my money!
I made further complaint and was refunded in full

Horrible service and product!

I searched for 100% cotton bedding and when it came it was polyester mix. I tried to return and had to email them 3 times just to get a return label. 3 weeks later I had to ask where my refund was and then it was processed. They did not refund the delivery fee despite sending the wrong item! Horrible service AND product! :(
Edit: I have not actually been refunded. I rec'd an email last week stating that the refund was processed but the funds have not been received by me. I have completed the request for more info but have given the wrong order number due to having ordered several items. Please advise. Edit: Thank you for the refunds but please be aware that I did give notice and reasons for return. I had to send 2 emails explaining why I wanted to return.

Thank you for sending over the details, I have located the correct order number relating to the bedding. The bedding has been received, and the refund for £12.76 is already processing, and will be back in your original card payment account no later than 16th July.

Due to the issue you have stated with the item, on this occasion, I have refunded the delivery fee and returns fee now for a total of £4.98. This will be back in your account no later than 26th July. These costs have not been automatically refunded as we weren't contacted before the return was made about there being an issue. For future orders, please reach out to our customer services team and they will be happy to resolve any issues you have promptly.

It's a scam

They advertise 'try before you buy' but ask you to pay delivery, which gives them your card details and they take the full amount straight away, without pernission! They are basically thieves...
The reply is incorrect! They tried to take the full amount three times!
I already contacted them, they fed me the line about 'holding' the funds! I decided to go with a different brand, there are plenty to choose from...
