My messages are delivered over a week late every time. There's no help or chat service on the app... :L

Disgusting! No services for days

No Internet for days They know about the prob and have changed the time they say it will be fixed several times. Edit : All Bank hol no fix. Day 4 and no one is interested! Virgin services are down the drain... all they keep doing is changing the time for it to be fixed

In the first instance, we'd suggest going to the service status checker (https://virg.in/servicechecker) to see if an area fault is being detected and an estimated fix time is being provided. If there's no issues in your area, you can run further tests.

I bought a new drill and kept it in it's box for over a year due to chemo. When I got it out it doesn't work. Dewalt don't care because it's out of warranty and the repair ppl they directed me to only fix warrantied goods... awful service and admin

For insight, booking/admin fees are in place to cover the technology infrastructure, staffing, and costs required to facilitate website sales. This keeps the price even per guest regardless of how many purchases are made.

We always give event organisers the option to absorb the whole cost or a partial sharing of this cost. Therefore, if they are showing up for a specific event, this means that the event organiser has chosen not to cover the cost on your behalf.

Everything is three times the normal price! No wonder they are throwing credit at the poorest people. Disgraceful. A £250 Switch will cost £600 here.

Ripped off by Octopus again

My gas was empty, emergency used. I put £30. It gave £7 for gas and took the rest as my emergency is £20. When I went to put the emergency on it said 'used'. I realised after dashing out in the middle of cooking, that it had taken £19.94 for the emergency and not the full £20. I complained to them and they very rudely offered to comprnsate me by 6 pence...

Octopuc put mt gas emergency up to £20

Octopuc put mt gas emergency up to £20. I put £25 and only got £2.50 for gas as it didn't pay all the fees! How is this helping?? That exyra £10 on the emergency is just them stealing £10 from all their new customers!!! No help at all!!

They took over Bulb then sent a message…

They took over Bulb then sent a message saying they were 'giving' an extra £10 in the emergency, there is already £10 and it was enough. Then they took £20 instead of £10 into the emergency when I had only used £10! They think we are morons! They haven't 'given' anything!

Not free

It says its free but you have to pay to have your money put in your bank. Also, they offer credit, and then tell you that you are only allowed to use the credit to pay for their membership!

Everyone can use Loqbox for free, to do this you just need to open a new bank account with one of our partner banks to receive your Loqbox funds into when you unlock.

If you don't want to open one of our partner bank accounts to use the product for free, you can choose the Premium Flexi Unlock option which costs £30 to have your funds paid to your existing account. Both of these options are explained on our website homepage, in the "How it works" section and in the FAQs.

Opening a new bank account with our partners enables you to build your credit history for free as our partners pay us for the new account and this covers the cost of you using the product.
