My heating wouldn’t work so I called them and after I called there was water from the boiler. They came and fixed the water but not the heating! After a week of no heating they did not call so I called them and they want to fit a part they’ve been waiting for at the end of the week when I am burying my uncle. Otherwise it has to be next week! Two weeks wth no heating!! POOR
I bought the drill online on Friday and arranged delivery for Saturday. I received a message and picture on Saturday that the package was too damaged to deliver. On Monday the delivery was automatic and they delivered the damaged parcel. I refused it and was told that as it had been put on my doorstep I had to accept it! Lol.
Audible advertise a series and only tell you after you’ve joined that only some of the books in the series are available in the UK. Only some books in a lot of series are available here.

I would give 0 stars! Scribd lured me to their site by advertising a product that I had searched for and only told me after I had given my bank details that it wasn’t available! I cancelled immediately but they still took money weeks later. I contacted and requested a refund, they did not reply and have just taken more money! I have not used the site/service. After more than 5 years with Audible, they have decided that my habit of returning 5 or 6 books at a time is ‘abusing’ their service! I have loved this app as I have been able to try all kinds of stuff for a brilliant and affordable £7.99 per month and have been eager to recommend them to everyone. Now I am allowed to return only one book! Audiobooks are around £20 to buy without the monthly credit so I can not afford to use the the service as it would cost around £100 per month. I am not sure how this ridiculous price is justified as dvds are around £10??? I asked why the restriction, because how can it really matter?? and apparently fairness to authors is the reason... I went online and found that my local library has a growing audiobook library available for free and as Audible is no longer the brilliant hassle free service it was, I am cancelling my subscription and enjoying my hobby elsewhere!

This is an update. I am informed that my refund can not be processed for another month after waiting two months already!!! These vile people are nothing more than rip off merchants! I have no option but to take further action. DO NOT BUY FTOM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. I ordered and paid for an iPhone 7 a month ago and have received nothing. When I asked for an update they reminded me of the 7 to 10 working day delivery time! I asked again if it would come before Christmas and was ignored. Now I want my money back! No updates, no apologies. Awful customer service I have now been informed that ‘unfortunately’ it will take two weeks to process my refund! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
Pretty standard. Really need to be able to top up online though.

Unfortunately if you have regular prepay meters you cannot top online, because we have no way of communicating with these meters remotely.

The service offers to exchange books that you are not happy with but not one of my books is EVER eligible for return! What rubbish! I have sent many emails asking for this to be fixed and been ignored! Also, the app constantly freezes on my IPhone.

Boring! Been on the site for about a year and have never been able to win over a hundred pound! Regardless of how much I deposit. Any whopping wins always slide off the digital screen at the last second. Any win is always the min win. Dribs and drabs is what you get here. There are so many other sites where you can find much more excitement.
I’ve played at dozens of sites and this is the worst. I’ve played here for years hoping that the losing streak will end but it doesn’t. This is not luck; it is too consistent. It is boring. There are literally hundreds of other sites to choose from.
I tried to switch to the cheap new broadband offer but they cancelled my order because I have bad credit! I have not applied for credit! If I am provided with a service and I don't pay the bill; then I should be disconnected. What does credit rating have to do with buying broadband?? I am furious about this.

Credit checking is a mandatory aspect of contracting for a service as it provides an insight into ones financial behaviors. There can be more than just a poor credit history that can cause a rejection. For this, we ask you to contact Experian directly in case there are abnormality in your report. What a rip off! I joined the site over a year ago and put over £150 on a 30p game in under an hour. No feature, no action, no fun. I’ve been back two or three times and exactly the same routine! The same has happened today - don’t play here, there are so many better sites.
I used Uncle Buck for over a year; always repaying early or on time and suddenly my applications are declined! They advertise that they help people with poor credit but this is not true now that they have gained popularity. Poor form!

Kitty misrepresented a promotion by saying it was free spins and then gave bonus cash. I am fully aware that when you get bonus cash the system takes your real money first, but when you get free spins this is not the case and kitty have taken full advantage off this fact. They took my money on the game that the free spins were supposed to be for and when I complained they told me to read the small print! Don’t play here - customer service is rubbish.

Allow us to shed light on how our bonuses work; we believe there is a misunderstanding.
First off, no two bonus are same. Instead, every single one has its own characteristics and terms, and while one could limit the number of games to a few, others are for all games available.
We certainly are aware that bonuses are not the cup of tea, hence we keep them optional. And when it comes to real cash play, there is no limitation at all; you get to play any game of your choice. Any game at all.
I am rewriting my review as I had misunderstood the email I received; it stated that the payment would be collected by a certain date and implied that it would be a single payment which I did not ask for - when I looked at the payment schedule I could see the 3 payments that I applied for and I am very happy now :)
This is a brilliant idea but communication is horrendous! You are not able to send, or reply to, any messages! There is a list of things you can ‘submit a ticket’ about and if your problem is not on the list there is no way to contact them. If you have an ongoing issue this is especially difficult as you have to submit a new ticket every time. Having said all this; I have been paid and will be continuing to carry out offers on the site. :)

Some restaurants do indeed have restrictions however they are placed on the website however we do have many without restrictions.

There is a ’filter’ section on the left hand side where you can select to view only the restaurants that are suitable for you, for example, those that accept on a Friday or Saturday, those that do not require a booking to be made in advance, particular cuisines, only independent or chain restaurants or new restaurants and many more.
