I tried to call City Gate Colindale…

I tried to call City Gate Colindale today, February 15, 2024, to ask for fixing my van's temperature sensor, as the engine light came on. The lady in the service team at Colindale said they could not help me as their manager, Amir, instructed them not to fix my van anymore, as they were scamming me three months ago by trying to charge me for a new sensor, but instead, they repaired it without replacing it. When Roadside Assistance from VW arrived, we found out the sensor was faulty as it had not been changed and had been repaired in the past. Finally, after arguing with Jam on the phone, I took my van to City Gate Colindale. After meeting the new manager, Mr. Judge Brindley, he asked Pedro from the service team to take the van and check it. In the end, it was discovered that the sensor, for which I had been charged before, was indeed faulty, and they replaced it. The new manager, Mr. Judge, and Pedro tried their best to fix all the problems as soon as possible for me, but I cannot trust the guys working at the back in the garage as they might not do the job properly or incorrectly. Additionally, the mechanics are not willing to rectify the problem with the van.
I have footage from my van dash cam and a photo of the wire that shows how the mechanic are scamming me and put me and my family on danger. The only reason I even gave stars to this disgusting company is because the manager Judge and Pedro for trying sort things out for me. Otherwise this would be the minimum of stars ever! Always ask to provide proof that the mechanics have replaced or repaired the parts. Do not trust the mechanics 100%.

candy washing machine

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Candy washing machine and dryer that I purchased from your company two years ago.

From the very beginning, I encountered issues with the washing machine, and despite reaching out to Candy for assistance during the first week, I was informed that I needed to purchase additional insurance for repairs. This was surprising to me, as the appliance was still within the first year of its warranty.

Over the course of the two years, the washing machine has undergone 18 repairs, and I have consistently paid the monthly cost for both general and domestic insurance. Unfortunately, the recurring problems and the associated costs have become unbearable. Despite my efforts to address the issues during the warranty period, the service provided by Candy has not been satisfactory.

Given the ongoing challenges and the lack of resolution, I have decided to cancel all insurance plans and replace the Candy washing machine with a Bosch model. The decision to switch to Bosch was made with the expectation of a more reliable and efficient product.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention as a loyal customer who, unfortunately, has had a less-than-pleasant experience with Candy products and services. I hope that this feedback can contribute to improving your offerings and customer support.

This company just support capital…

This company just support capital carpark as when I appeal take more than months to ask for my evidence in end my tickets go to £100 and they said I lose my appeal and not helpful at all don't trust them they are just here to make your ticket more and support this fake tickets company... hope never not trust this fake company ...

Hello, We are sorry you feel that way. When you appeal to POPLA, we ask you to provide evidence as part of your appeal submission as there is no opportunity to add evidence at a later date. We do advise motorists about how long our process takes. The parking operator offers the early settlement figure if the fine is payed within a certain amount of time after it is issued (usually 14 days) unfortunately, POPLA has no involvement in the early settlement charge and we are unable to hold this charge until after the appeal. I bought Lenovo all in one from Costco . after 6 months screen be come faulty Costco customer service said I have to call Lenovo to fix it .. after they sort problems said any cable is faulty..now after 3 months pc has fire 🔥 hazard and damage case and screen as they don't want to accept it's I sent photo of pc for them in end they try say it's my fault not manufacturers fault .. it first and last pc from Lenovo I bought have to find legal services to claim against Lenovo as it's serious problems this company is really bad as after sell and customer service

I ordered online and was very…

I ordered online and was very disappointed when the phone arrived in an unsealed box. I contacted Argos and they have assured me that this is normal. I am not convinced that the phone is not a return. Customer services tried their best to reassure me but make up your own mind on that one. With hindsight I wish I had asked for a refund and reordered elsewhere.now after 6 weeks phone is faulty ans argos doesn't want help me .. also they doesn't return phone .. sony also does help
