I tried to call City Gate Colindale…

I tried to call City Gate Colindale today, February 15, 2024, to ask for fixing my van's temperature sensor, as the engine light came on. The lady in the service team at Colindale said they could not help me as their manager, Amir, instructed them not to fix my van anymore, as they were scamming me three months ago by trying to charge me for a new sensor, but instead, they repaired it without replacing it. When Roadside Assistance from VW arrived, we found out the sensor was faulty as it had not been changed and had been repaired in the past. Finally, after arguing with Jam on the phone, I took my van to City Gate Colindale. After meeting the new manager, Mr. Judge Brindley, he asked Pedro from the service team to take the van and check it. In the end, it was discovered that the sensor, for which I had been charged before, was indeed faulty, and they replaced it. The new manager, Mr. Judge, and Pedro tried their best to fix all the problems as soon as possible for me, but I cannot trust the guys working at the back in the garage as they might not do the job properly or incorrectly. Additionally, the mechanics are not willing to rectify the problem with the van.
I have footage from my van dash cam and a photo of the wire that shows how the mechanic are scamming me and put me and my family on danger. The only reason I even gave stars to this disgusting company is because the manager Judge and Pedro for trying sort things out for me. Otherwise this would be the minimum of stars ever! Always ask to provide proof that the mechanics have replaced or repaired the parts. Do not trust the mechanics 100%.
