I ordered online and was very disappointed when the phone arrived in an unsealed box. I contacted Argos and they have assured me that this is normal. I am not convinced that the phone is not a return. Customer services tried their best to reassure me but make up your own mind on that one. With hindsight I wish I had asked for a refund and reordered elsewhere.now after 6 weeks phone is faulty ans argos doesn't want help me .. also they doesn't return phone .. sony also does help
