Don't take our money if you cannot fulfil the order....simple !
Ordered in good faith and accepted the longer lead on delivery, however the longer lead has turned into another longer lead and so on ...no plants and no communications (other than a general email sent out to the whole customer base). This is not good customer service, you should be contacting your customers with a response to their delivery.
Please don't take peoples hard earned cash and then not deliver, if you cannot fulfil the order then don't take it. I have empathy for all businesses in this current climate but please don't use Covid 19 as your excuse, I have dealt with many other garden suppliers who have fulfilled their promise. Its simple - if you don't think you can provide the items per your lead times - then don't take our money.
Asked to cancel this order twice but no response, if your reading this - cancel my order !
