I normally use the fantastic website for most of my enquires, however today I was not sure on something so I called Octapus instead. I was promptly answered and the advisor was very knowledgeable, clear and considerate to my needs. We resolved my enquires quickly and I also got to reduce my Gas costs as their was a cheaper tariff available.
