How on earth does this company keep its license , only one it has is to print money and suck any investment away from the company into investors pockets.
Customer service can’t even get the basics right , transferred from Octopus as there was a fixed EV tariff but after a week of absolute chaos , representatives I’v not able to get simple information and frustrating me to death.
The transfer guarantee is a joke with British Gas , messed up everything,so I’ve asked them to cancel in cooling off period and promised a written confirmation.

Did I get one ,No ,

So back on the phone again tomorrow

Staff are friendly but obviously let down by management and poor investment in the basics .

Energy companies have been in a turbulent situation for a while now , I was with another supplier that collapsed and taken over by BG . I couldn’t wait to leave ,could never get through .
Utility warehouse has delivered on there prices and are easy to get in touch with , but as I can’t get a EV tariff I’m looking at moving but other companies reviews are terrible . UW just get a EV tariff and I be happy to stay

Gas Boiler Service

I thought I get the professional gas people in to service my boiler ,what a waste of time .

Booked the service 10am - 2 pm no one arrived
Usual excuses from BG
Totally wasted my holiday I used for this ,only good thing was the weather

The engineer tracking app goes off at 5pm so I called BG for a update and got the usual Sorry ,so lodge a complaint cancelled the service and service contract

I won’t be using them again

The only Honda dealer I trust to supply and service Honda motorcycles
Ihave purchased many many bikes from Hunts and find them to be honest and reliable ,John especially goes out of his way to to meet your requirements .

I have stayed in hostels for many years and in fact I stopped in Hartington Xmas 1992 ,which was a amazing experience.
I remember the open fires and the smell of them and the warmth enveloping the building ,unfortunately this wasn’t the case today .Cold rooms and fireplaces no longer used and heating in rooms supplied by a small electric heater .
The charm of the old building has been stripped away for modern conveniences,but I was glad of them if it was warm enough .
I asked about using a external plug to charge my car which I would have been happy to pay for ,but was rebuffed by “I suppose evs are the future ,and don’t steal are electric! “
I fact I book accommodations if they have ev charging options more than not .

Amazing customer service and easy to use app
This charger has saved me money since the day it was installed,with it solar capabilities.
When working from home and the sun out I can be sure my solar is charging my car without using any grid power ,the ability to adjust the current matches my requirements perfect.
I had a issue with the panel screws showing rust ,called them up and the next day stainless steel versions were posted through my door .
Just hope as this company grows it doesn’t lose this style of customer care as seen in other companies over the years .
It’s not perfect such as lack RCD push fit terminals ,style over function ,as the termination area is small ,make the case longer and include back entry and it would be a much easier and neater installation.

Genuine love this site , has saved a fortune in accommodation and resolved any issues I have immediately .

I’ve even tried to get better deals directly with the hotels and it still offers a better price

Living in the sticks you appreciate a company that goes out of its way to be helpful and stocks the items which are usually a hours drive away .

Helpful staff and open 7 days a week , good selection of stock at reasonable prices .

I don’t understand the negative comments

I had the bolier fitted within 24 hrs when I didn’t have the money to replace my existing broken boiler ,it never broke down and was serviced every year .

After 9 years I wanted a modern boiler and had the funds to replace it ,so ASG bolier was packed up with the flu and I returned it to the office .

I had obviously been in contact with them and they were absolutely fine about it ,in fact it was them that told me I could terminate and the procedure to return .

I have there solar panels fitted since 2012 which have been a god send and so much I recommended them to friends who all appreciate the savings and obviously the free supply fit and maintenance .

I have put my name down for the storage batteries they have in the pipeline as im pleased with the company .

Maybe I’ve been lucky as I’ve haven’t had a issue with either solar or the boiler .

I investigated several makes before committing to this bolier ,so glad I chose it .

The ability to connect to a nest and use open therm which talks to the bolier in its own language to modulate the heat instead of just switch it on at full blast .

Addition weather compensation then adds even more efficiently to this boiler which is already amazing .

Google open therm , and weather compensation it’s saves approximately 20 to 40 percent gas ,

The app is pretty useless and I’m unable to connect to it but connection via the nest site allows water temperature changes down to 40 degrees instead of the standard 60 ,which is too hot anyway and to reduce the biller output between 32 and 50 ,which in normal boilers is set at 75

Technicial helpline is amazing and very friendly uk based and are absolutely committed to great customer service ,

Absolutely worth every penny

Bulky compare to other models in the solar divertor sector such as solar boost and solar immersion but a 1/3 of the price and wireless too .

Used this as a second solar divertor to run a storage heater ,I now sat in a warm room costing nothing to heat since March this year .
At current electric price this will repay th £100 in no time

Buy it and enjoy free solar power either hot water or storage heater up to a max 3kw

Only negative comment is the fan noise ,so put it somewhere so you can’t hear it ,I actually disconnected the fan as I only run a 900 watt storage heater and had no issues

I have used carwow for years and use it to test the market and compare prices throughout the country.
I change are cars on a regular basis as we do loom after them and get ride if them before they start costing me new tyres and especially the second expensive service .
Se dealers are amazing and others are hard to communicate with.
Well this time I have bought two cars due the fact my pxs have risen in price so much and take delivery in October and November so works when dealers communicate well

After many years a loyal Customer it has now come to the point had enough of poor customer service.
Ordering and delivery is excellent,but anything goes wrong with a appliance after thirty days it’s a uphill battle.
Remember your contract is with Amazon ,not the manufacturer,but Amazon keep telling its not there problem.
If it’s a third party ,then just give up as Amazon are not interested.
There’s no way to complain , all emails that used to work bounce ,the agents won’t let you complain.
So as soon as my refund that I’ve been waiting for 5 week arrives , if it ever does ,I’m closing my account.

When looking for charger that uses my solar panels spare energy there are some options
Hyyper volt was chosen for it's solar modulation and excellent Customer service
I wrote to them over the weekend expected answers Monday or Tuesday,but instead within hours I had my answers over solar and Bi directional signals answered .
The option to spread the payment over 3 months also tipped my hand too .
I'm disabled and had a little £25 discount too ,not a lot but better than nowt.
It's is £150 at least cheaper than a zappi and doesn't need a additional equipment too work
