How on earth does this company keep its license , only one it has is to print money and suck any investment away from the company into investors pockets.
Customer service can’t even get the basics right , transferred from Octopus as there was a fixed EV tariff but after a week of absolute chaos , representatives I’v not able to get simple information and frustrating me to death.
The transfer guarantee is a joke with British Gas , messed up everything,so I’ve asked them to cancel in cooling off period and promised a written confirmation.
Did I get one ,No ,
So back on the phone again tomorrow
Staff are friendly but obviously let down by management and poor investment in the basics .
