The price and availability of the boiler i wanted was key to me choosing Heatable,obviously i had checked them out on Trustpilot to confirm this was legit company.
I can honestly say it was such a easy process from the simple to follow form to the choices of the boilers.
The tipping point was the zero finance over four years and the ease of application .
The installation went smoothly and the new boiler is a blessing after my old noisy one .clean ,and easy to operate via the nest application that the engineer set up for me.
The engineer was polite and absolutely bang on time at 8am ! And set out to protect my carpets and home before work began and cleaned up very well.

I agree with the previous buyer ,the…

I agree with the previous buyer ,the product is poor quality to the point of dangerous.
The reason the regen braking doesn’t work so you have to rely on the single rear brake that doesn’t work enough to stop you ,which nearly lead me to be crash into a group of cyclists.
The CS is a copy and paste reply to every enquiry,and even when returned via a tracked delivery they are refusing to refund until I close a AZ refund on Amazon.

Don’t buy this scooter ,it’s cheap for a reason

The company try every trick in the book to not refund ,if I purchased directly I would be in trouble,luckily I trust Amazon to get this sorted .

Whole experience was easy from the moment I went on the app to the installation
Great communication all the way through and even a call from engineer

I pleased with Bennett’s insurance

I pleased with Bennett’s insurance
I did insure else where for a while but found the CS not up to Bennett’s high standards
Premiums are fair and dealt with my first claim ever on a policy well ,but did take a while to get through
A online claim process would be better as everything has to be a phone call

"We cancelled a policy which wasn't due…

"We cancelled a policy which wasn't due to start for another two weeks as the details on the email from them were incorrect as we had taken this quote through a online comparison site .
After we asked to cancel before the policy started we were told it would cost us £49 ,after some time of discussion they said as a gesture of good will! They would only keep are deposit
They have broken the online distance agreement which allows 21 days cooling off ,and we hadn't started the policy or recieved documents.
Complaint to ombudsman as couldn't get anywhere with them ,took 23 minutes just to get through ,them another left on hold for 15 mins
I wouldn't deal with them again
