As a long term member of YHA it has come apparent the customer service is getting worse , turned from a friendly cheap accommodation location to a expensive pack them in box.
My recent stay at edale was the final nail in the coffin
Too many bunks in the room , no storage and over priced food and accessories.
After 40 years I have cancelled my membership and will never return

Zero stars is the real opinion

Zero stars is the real opinion

I purchased a NIU MQI GT EVO moped and used it for 7 months ,then suddenly it was faulty.
My dealer has now closed as well as all the other ones in the UK ,sell them but no warranty work !

All you have is a email address that's answered by a bot and keeps telling me to go to a dealer (no dealers !! To take it too)

What's more frustrating is that they promote there brand and pay ambassadors like London eats to promote this brand and cost me £3500

Although the customer service cancelled…

While customer service may be slow in resolving issues with some sellers, they ultimately do address them. I used this platform for years without any problems until I ordered from a seller called 'Best Electronics,' and things quickly deteriorated. The seller was clearly a scammer who exploited the system until the very end.
I strongly advise exercising extreme caution and paying through Klarna using a credit card. Otherwise, you could face significant difficulties.
My credit card security department eventually convinced Klarna to issue a refund. However, the process was frustrating, involving a repetitive cycle of submitting the same information and enduring a month-long wait before they requested it again.

Subject: A Disappointing Experience with Trinity Claims
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Trinity Claims. My interaction with the company was marked by a significant lack of communication, broken promises, and an overall unsatisfactory resolution to my claim.
From the outset, I encountered difficulties in contacting Trinity Claims. The company seemed to rely solely on an online portal for communication, which proved to be both inconvenient and time-consuming. Despite promises of a four-hour response time, I often found myself waiting days or even weeks for a reply.
Furthermore, I was deeply disappointed by the company's failure to follow through on its commitments. Promises of action were made but rarely, if ever, fulfilled. I felt as though I was being ignored and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.
Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my experience was the contractor who was assigned to my claim. After being ghosted for an extended period, the claim department finally made contact only to offer a ridiculously low estimate for the repairs to my kitchen. This offer was made over a month after the initial damage occurred, and it was clear that it did not adequately address the extent of the repairs needed.
In conclusion, my experience with Trinity Claims has been extremely disappointing. The company's poor communication, broken promises, and unsatisfactory resolution to my claim have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Trinity Claims to avoid doing so.

The portal is the only way to. Apparently contact them, and promise to reply in 4 hours
I've had no replies to confirm when the contractors will arrive, can't speak to anyone as they don't pick up after holding on for 40 mins twice.
The portal doesnt allow you to reply anyway, be glad when this is over

This can't be located in the uk

This can't be located in the uk, indian accents and poor Customer service.
Emailed three Times, just a acknowment email and no actual human reply.

Called up and have to explain every time, don't they have notes or just a way to annoy customers.

Seems a amateur outfit on the cheap for Skagway scooters, if the scooter were any good I wouldn't be calling

Promises I was given we're not fulfilled.
I wanted a EV tariff so needed a Smet 2/and promised if I move over I get one.
3 months and broken promises, I've been told I won't get one in the foreseeable future as I live in the frozen north apparently Hull?
Moved to another supplier and having one fitted next week

Been with Vodafone for a year now and can always get through to CS and resolve issues quickly in one call.
Apart from the yearly increases, which really annoy me with mobile companies, it's a good experience.
Signal is everywhere and never let me down
