As a long term member of YHA it has come apparent the customer service is getting worse , turned from a friendly cheap accommodation location to a expensive pack them in box.
My recent stay at edale was the final nail in the coffin
Too many bunks in the room , no storage and over priced food and accessories.

I purchased a NIU MQI GT EVO moped and used it for 7 months ,then suddenly it was faulty.
My dealer has now closed as well as all the other ones in the UK ,sell them but no warranty work !
All you have is a email address that's answered by a bot and keeps telling me to go to a dealer (no dealers !! To take it too)
What's more frustrating is that they promote there brand and pay ambassadors like London eats to promote this brand and cost me £3500

Despite promises of a four-hour response time, I often found myself waiting days or even weeks for a reply.
Furthermore, I was deeply disappointed by the company's failure to follow through on its commitments. Promises of action were made but rarely, if ever, fulfilled. I felt as though I was being ignored and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.
Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my experience was the contractor who was assigned to my claim. After being ghosted for an extended period, the claim department finally made contact only to offer a ridiculously low estimate for the repairs to my kitchen. I've had no replies to confirm when the contractors will arrive, can't speak to anyone as they don't pick up after holding on for 40 mins twice.
