Gas Boiler Service that never happened

Gas Boiler Service

I thought I get the professional gas people in to service my boiler ,what a waste of time .

Booked the service 10am - 2 pm no one arrived
Usual excuses from BG
Totally wasted my holiday I used for this ,only good thing was the weather

The engineer tracking app goes off at 5pm so I called BG for a update and got the usual Sorry ,so lodge a complaint cancelled the service and service contract

I won’t be using them again
