i bought airpods at a ridiculously low price and thought i was a bit nervous due to the lack of tracking information they came in perfect condition and i loved them, i would like to get some more as i lost mine but i cannot because, due to the complaints they no longer deliver to the uk

Let me explain. You buy the items then it’s put on a shipping container from china to Germany which take 2 weeks and has no tracking details then it gets a plane from Germany to uk which can take about another week but you get a tracking number. I’ve bought 3 different iPhones from them and been perfectly fine. Now I can’t buy them because of to many complaints because they have stopped selling to the uk. Thanks

This is a scam i bought a nintendo switch from there with and extremely low price but they didnt give it for 3 months...I had to contact my bank until they actually gave me the money back

Awful company never buy I returns items and it's was signed delivery and customer service is extremely poor they keep denying they never received the items I lost £500 items .

SCAM! I orderee an iPad from Tecobuy and it didn't arrive even after 2 months. I had to call my bank to get my money back. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT BUY!! £300 games console never arrived despite saying delivered. They made me fill in lengthy forms repeatedly and still didn’t refund me. THEN after 4 weeks of ignoring me, told me it had been too long now so I had to take it up with the courier. Incorrect, as it’s their legal responsibility to rectify non deliveries but now they’re just ignoring me and my little ones have lost £300 of the money they worked so hard to save. Con artists!!! You’ve been warned.

Bought an Apple Pencil from tecobuy. It was dispatched quickly but took a while to arrive from China. The tracking information was confusing and the UK courier was calling the sender something totally different so I wasn’t sure whether it was my order.
The pencil is a genuine Apple product and was cheaper than elsewhere so overall I’m happy.

The items are original and authentic. However, Customer service is very poor. The website is not reliable. It often closes its website. I had bought a Samyang lens at a very good price. However once It has become faulty, I contacted customer service by e-mail. It took them two weeks to get back to me and asked me to send the lens back to them. I ahve enquired what the plan of action will be, they have not answered but sent a prepaid UPS label. They have advised that It is not faulty and they will only return it back if I pay £32 pounds. I kept sending them messages that this was not a clear policy, and that this is not what I told. It is only one-way communication . They don't answer my messages

Having seen many negative posts about tecobuy I must.stick up for them
Iv hsd 3 phones from them over the years all have arrived withi 10 days, the have all been genuine samsung galaxy phones S9, S20 and S21. I went onto their website to look at the new Samsung Z to sadly find they have been shut down.
Their prices were the cheapest iv seen and was genuine.

After paying 1000£ with a complete contract

Then they cancelled

I bought iphone12 pro max 512gb dual sim from this company, there was no issue at all, the delivery was done by dpd and the phone was so cheap its a shame that the company is not trading again

I bought an ASUS rog phone from this company only to realize the reason why their prices are so low is because they stock most likely defective batches. Only after a few months the headphones jack stopped working and a few months after this the Bluetooth started to cut out as well, signal kept dropping, touch freezing/not responding. I am a qualified electronics engineer with years of experience in repairs so was expecting the jack to be repaired quickly under warranty as it takes less than an hour to swap it. Their support said it would take at least 4 weeks! This is ridiculous! Avoid this company as much as you can or you might get the impression that good brands are actually bad, just because these guys are selling rubbish!

This company pretends to be a UK company but its not! In April i bought an iPad within two weeks i notified them via email since they had no UK contact details that the iPad was faulty. It froze the button sensor didn't work i couldn't switch it off most times and many more faults. I returned it to them in exactly the same condition as i received it. They apparently found no faults they refuse to refund my money because i had used it and they want me to pay return charges. Don't go near them i would have paid more and bought from a store so you know its definitely from the UK. Im waiting for mastercard to get my money back but its taking more than 6 months which im appalled.

I ordered an iPad Air at a very good price. It arrived in about two weeks, well packaged. I see the reviews here are mixed, but all I can say is that everything was fine for me.

Seems to be lot of either very positive or negative reviews on tecobuy. For what it is worth I recently purchased a surface pro. Arrived within a couple of weeks - did not work at all. Here we go I thought but their after sales was excellent. Courier arranged to return and refund offered. Seems there is a bit of a risk in ordering from them but can’t fault how they handled the situation.

I ordered a Canon compatible macro lens, at a very good price from a google sponsored link on 5/8/21 in the UK.

I received a dispatch email, with UK tracking link on 11/8/21.

I was surprised to find the tracking link said the product was awaiting arrival at the courier company (Hermes), so on 17/8/21 I emailed the company, after reading negative reviews on here, as I was concerned of it being a scam etc. I asked them where the lens was, and where it was dispatched from, as I felt, at purchase, that it was from inside the UK. I didn't expect a reply.

However, on 20/8/21, I did receive a reply, which stated there was a delay, and that all goods were dispatched from Hong Kong (which explained why Hermes hadn't got it).

On 24/8/21 Hermes confirmed receipt of the order, and delivered it today 25/8/21.

The lens is the real deal, and the whole process took 20 days.

If I'd known it was sent from Hong Kong, this would have been 5*, instead of 4*.

I have used Tecobuy for all my camera lenses had to wait a couple of weeks for the delivery. bought a 90D canon camera saving of £300.00 Tamron 150-600 lens EF fit for canon saving of £400.00 my list goes on and on superb company to deal with, ive read all the negative reviews i just cannot believe some of the comments

All worked out in the end. I was skeptical about the legitimacy of the Tecobuy website and low low prices but took the risk and it really paid off. I got a brand new unopened and perfectly operating Samsung S21 Ultra 5G for £730! Currently retailing for close to £1,200 this is a massive saving and delighted I made the decision to buy from Tecobuy.

I added the shipping insurance for £21 to be safe but all arrived in the expected 2 week shipping time. The dispatch was slow and the shipping tracking never updated after dispatch but I wasn't worried given the expected shipping times of 10-12 days. Advice if you're worried about paying upfront, register a credit card with PayPal and pay via that route - Plenty of payment protection there! All-in-all, great service, great price, great product.
