Honestly the worst company ever
I made a human error when submitting my order, i tried to rectify by calling them but no contact number. I emailed them 4 times but no reply for a 4 days now , the occasion is already spoilt

I ordered the Kinder Chocolate Letterbox Hamper as an Easter gift for my girlfriend, who’s a big fan of Kinder products. When we opened it together, we were both really disappointed to find that there were no Kinder chocolates inside at all. Instead, the hamper was filled with a random selection of dairy chocolates that didn’t match the product description or the pictures shown when I placed the order.
I emailed Hamperwell with a clear explanation, asking for the correct items to be sent or for the missing Kinder chocolates to be provided. I even attached a screenshot showing how the hamper was advertised versus what was delivered.
Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. After getting no response, I raised the issue through Klarna, and only then did Hamperwell reply — refusing to help because a chargeback was open. Klarna eventually resolved the case in my favour, but the whole thing was a hassle that could have been avoided with some basic customer service.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. The product wasn’t as advertised, and support was non-existent until I escalated the issue.

No delivery even after 3 weeks
No delivery even after 3 weeks, after spending 110 pounds. No phone number to ring, nobody replying to my email. I don't know what will happen next and if it is an honest mistake, but so far, bad experience. I don't trust companies that have no phone number. Regretting my purchase.

Bought a gift on the 29th of November and said it would arrive 2 days after purchased. Nearly 3 weeks later and still no sign of it. I have emailed numerous times and still got no response back from them. Shocking customer service.

Bought from them last year for Christmas and everything went smoothly. Tried again this year and paid extra for next day delivery. It's a week later and it still says "ready to ship". I've emailed them twice to no response about what's happening with my order. Customer service terrible, no responses at all and quite frankly if you can't keep up with orders or fulfill things like next day delivery then don't offer it!
Quite annoyed because if they don't send it soon I'll be out of about £45 and unable to get a replacement gift. Since they're not responding to emails, I doubt I'll get a refund. Will never shop here again
Daughters 30th birthday gift
I ordered a hamper for my daughters 30th birthday ( I'm in Australia and she is in UK) I placed an order online and I read reviews from TrustPilot, after the purchase. I'll admit I was very apprehensive due to what I read. But, I had emailed them before ordering regarding delivery and I got a prompt reply. Delivery was spot on the date they advised and it was as described and as the photo. As they have been taken over in August, I really hope that they can gain the customer service back. I would use them again.

I ordered a Lindt & Yankee candle collaboration that arrived a week early, no note that I asked for (which was offered) only to open it to see chocolate with Rrp price markings and worst of all no candles! Contacted via support, Instagram and email multiple times to get a refund only to tell me it’s now outside the returns period. Absolute scam and didn’t even get a response as to why things are missing. Shocking service.
