In store visit
We visited the store today, looking for our first pushchair and car seat! Charlotte was really helpful with selecting the products, showing us how things worked whilst giving us the space to make decisions and look for ourselves. Great variety of products and easy to purchase.

We needed to find a new car seat for our son who had outgrown his newborn seat and Charlotte was amazing at guiding us to find the right one. The service was quick, but really informative and she even fitted the new seat into the car for us. We couldn’t recommend more. Thank you

Extremely Disappointed with Uppababy Minu V3 After-Sales Service — Unsafe Product and No Proper Support
We purchased an Uppababy Minu V3 on 3 July 2025, and by the second day of use (7 July), the left front wheel stopped working properly while we were overseas. What followed has been a long, frustrating, and disappointing experience with UK Baby Centre’s after-sales service with Uppababy.
We reported the issue on 13 July, sent all required videos and information promptly, and were told the manufacturer advised using lubricant. We followed these instructions immediately, but it did not solve the issue. The wheel remained stiff and unsafe, making it difficult to push the pram in a straight line or cross roads safely — a real risk to our child’s safety.
Despite our repeated updates, the communication was slow and inconsistent. At one point, they mentioned a “new wheel” which we never received. After more than two months of back-and-forth emails, they finally arranged to collect the pram for inspection on 22 September. Even then, we had to keep chasing for updates — there were long periods of silence, and every reply felt like starting over again.
As of 14 October 2025, more than three months after the issue reported, we still have no resolution or confirmation when the pushchair will be returned. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and slow handling have been incredibly disappointing — especially for a brand marketed as premium.
We chose UK baby center and Uppababy for theirs reputation and quality, but this experience has been the opposite. I sincerely hope the company reviews its after-sales process, improves communication, and treats safety-related issues with the seriousness they deserve.

14 Jul 2025 UK Baby centre replied and asked for video of the issue and serial number
On the same date We sent video and required information
15 Jul 2025 UK baby centre replied and said they would contact the manufacturer
21 Jul 2025 UK baby centre told us that manufacturer advised the customer to try adding some lubricant
25 Jul 2025 We replied that we applied the lubricant on the same day we were advised but didn’t solve the problem
On the same date UK baby centre asked us to provide a video of the issue and mentioned it is now with the new wheel which we have never received
26 Jul 2025 We replied that we haven’t received any new wheel.
3 Sep 2025 We emailed UK baby centre since we haven’t received any replies for one month and sent the video showing the persistent issue.
4 Sep 2025 UK baby centre replied and asked what sort of oil we used.
On the same date We expressed our concern on the wheel issue causing a risk to our child’s safety.s we cannot wheel the pushchair over the road quick enough or in a straight line. The issue is creating unnecessary dangerous situations, as we mentioned before.
The pram has not been working for 2 months. It is at a high risk of causing dangers.
We asked what type you would suggest the kind of lubricant oil if that is so important.
5 Sep 2025 UK baby centre suggested what the manufacturer recommended including the sprays. They mentioned they would need to arrange collection of the pushchair for a full inspection under the warranty if this does not resolve the issue.
9 Sep 2025 We emailed and asked who will do the full inspection and expressed our disappointment.
10 Sep 2025 We sent a follow up email as no reply was received
11 Sep 2025 UK baby centre replied and stated again prams ideally need to be oiled and said the inspection would be conducted by Uppababy.
12 Sep 2025 -22 Sep 2025 Emailed each others regarding the collection arrangement. Pram was collected on 22 Sep 2025.
29 Sep 2025 As we received no news from them, we sent an email for an update.
On the same date UK baby centre replied that pram has been sent off to the manufacturer.
6 Oct 2025 There was no any update so we sent another email for an update and the result of the inspection.
7 Oct 2025 UK baby centre replied they’ve sent them a chase up and would come back to us shortly.
13 Oct 2025 There was no reply from them so we sent another email for an update .
On the same date UK baby centre replied the pram has just arrived back to them and asked when they can get it sent to us.
14 Oct 2025 No reply from UK baby centre again. We really don’t want to wait for another months not getting replies again. We are still waiting for their reply.

The delivery was very quick and efficient and communication was good.
However the product description is off,it's a nice buggy but I doubt it's going to last my son more than 6 months, it's quite small.
