Tired to scam me
Tired to scam me. I only got my money back after filing a legal proceeding. Olivia from customer service banned me for "threatening" them with this legal proceeding, lol.

Did you work through the VIP levels so that you can finally get that daily reward of $2.50 per day as gold, or even worse, $5.00 per day as hosted?? TOO BAD!! Now it's a 'dAiLy SpIn" that does not come close to the reward previously advertised.
ADDITIONALLY, shortly after getting to the VIP level you worked for, they hit you with an "account verification" that THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO, AFTER PROVIDING ALL REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION, FOR WEEKS. CONSTANTLY REMINDING THEM ONLY MAKES THEM CLOSE YOUR TICKET. That is so funny; won't be funny after I initiate dispute with my credit card provider and arbitration as per your TOS, WowVegas. Get your act together; as of right now, you guys are coming across as deceptive thieves.

The owner will lock you out accusing you of "consistently utilizing a pattern to gain an unfair advantage" if you don't lose money. Lol.

They refuse to honor redemptions. Or at the very least, they ignore your verification documentation for 2+ weeks. Regardless, unacceptable. Trash.

They helped me out when a redemption from months ago had the incorrect Skrill email address put in; these people are top notch.
EDIT: They suspended my account in retaliation for arbitrating against them, lol; something that is permissible in their TOS. Clearly, they are not professional individuals, and like to dabble with in petty, retaliatory behavior. lol.

This platform has been caught not keeping their VIP promises to players, causing a lot of players to have to request action from their payment services against the platform. If you find yourself in a situation where McLuck does not fulfill their end of the VIP promise, I recommend taking the time to investigate what you are able to do as a consumer.
EDIT: Mcluck keeps trying to flag this review as being dafamatory 😂😂😂😂 sore losers.

They are known to try and "rug" players who took advantage of their generous promotions they would offer early on. This clearly did not work as planned, as chargebacks have left this platform in ruins. Nice try, Max.

They will straight up break your "daily reward" button if you are profitable on here. There are various reports of this happening to users. Not only do they remove your promos, they also take away the one feature that allows them to skate by as a "sweepstakes" platform. Regardless of how many times you complain to support, it won't go anywhere. If this happens to you, save your time and just charge back. Support sucks.

The second gold standard. This platform has a nice UI, good games (although they recently took away a couple of big hits), and customer support responds reasonably fast. No complaints. Thank you for setting the bar this high, Modo.

This platform made me wait 3+ months for a redemption. Clearly, they are illiquid. I would steer very far away from this platform.

Still waiting on a redemption from November. LOL. This B2 Services platform specifically is full of thieves. I had to chargeback with my bank, because the situation was not going anywhere. Gave them the benefit of the doubt; waited 45 days for this issue to go nowhere. I never broke any TOS. Oh well. Have fun dealing with 100+ chargebacks. Player beware.

The gold standard. However, the website could definitely use a refresh. I don't know why it uses up so many system resources, when it looks like a relatively simple (and outdated) webpage.

Undoubtedly, this platform aggressively trims players who come out on top. Enjoy those daily deals while they last, and don't be afraid to 'exploit' the platform by purchasing as many unlimited deals as you can, because they can and will ban you. It starts off with the classic credit card verification checks. They verify you're not stealing grandma's credit card and using it for your gambling addiction; this typically takes about a week to resolve. Then, there's the 'routine checks' on your account, that somehow, have no completion timeline (since when does anything not have an ETA, hello, it is 2025). These typically last up to a month. And last but not least, comes the LOCKED ACCOUNT!! OH, YES. THEY WILL LOCK (BAN) your account out of spite, simply because you came out with a profit, and you come back to get your daily reward, even though they have no more daily offers for you. Astounding platform!! To anyone experiencing a locked account after purchasing something and not able to redeem it, I recommend charging back, and/or arbitration. Not only do you get your money back, you also front them with a legal bill (ha!). Who gets the last laugh now, B2 Service?

Wish redeem times took less; other than that, a great experience.
EDIT: Lol, account has been flagged due to "detected patterns of converting bonus SC into redeemable amounts without fair gameplay or risk" Coincidentally, this has happend when I have a redemption amount of 9565 SC. I will be seeking justice via legal means.
This was for a) playing games they included on the website themselves, and b) buying packages they offered to me as a player. Hilarious.
