A no frills experience; so what if their blackjack is ~96% rtp instead of the expected 99.5%... as long as you do a bit of dd you can see this clear as day; never have I ever had to fight for my redemption.

Horrendous

Horrendous. The worst. They will delay, delay, DELAY your redemption for MONTHS. Notice how this is in plural; yes, MULTIPLE MONTHS. they will start by asking you for documenttion. Then, they will claim you did not provide the documentation correctly (even though you followed all of the specified guidelines); then, they will ghost you. I recommend staying away; however, if it's too late, charge back.

'Forever Peeler' is a joke

Their 'forever peeler' does not have replacement blades available for sale. Customer support is unresponsive, as in, they flat-out IGNORE the customer. Can't wait to let everyone else know what a terrible experience this has been.

They have effectively disabled my account; I cannot play games; I cannot redeem; I have been in this limbo for the last 10 days, and 'support' has yet to respond. No timeline has been communicating; sorry but you've earned yourselves a ton of chargebacks.

luckystake cancelled my edemption…

luckystake cancelled my edemption request made almost 2 weeks ago; luckystake asked me for verification information; I've sent this close to a month ago, yet they refuse to review it; all games have currently been disabled on my account, such that I cannot use SC. if you are ok with luckystake handling your account, and SC balance like this, go ahead and make an account; their arms are wide open.

Don't bother with U.S. Bank...

Don't bother sending them an application. If they accept you & give you a credit limit, they will get so insanely butthurt that you've utilized it, that they will CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT. NO WARNING. NOTHING. AND THEY WILL DO IT, CONVENIENTLY, RIGHT AS YOUR STATEMENT IS UP SO THAT YOU CAN'T REDEEM YOUR POINTS. Ridiculous; CFTB complaint, and more, incoming.

Scam Alert

Had an issue where a game 'ate' 40 SC; contacted support and they added them back to my account.

Edit: Yeah ok so VegasCoins basically decided to try and keep my money. Their new TOS states that if you touch literally anything that is not a low RTP slot, they will ban you and consider you a bonus abuser. This is such a sore loser move. If you don't lose money on my platform, banned! This will not end well for you guys, I'm afraid.

Like others have said, oh my god their customer service is beyond terrible. When the customer support lady doesn't know the answer to your question, she texts her customer support friend to see if she knows what the answer is... lol. Absolutely horrendous. Additionally, purchases are extremely restricted. Can't use this credit card on 99% of merchants. SO much for 2% lol.

Chargebacks always denied

Unfortunately, their charge back department needs an overhaul. If your chargeback case has a single iota of complication (e.g., there are Terms of Service the investigator must read and synthesize in order to accurately determine whether the chargeback you are presenting is valid or not), you may as well kiss your money goodbye. They will waste your time & effort by asking for "supplemental/additional evidence" only to COMPLETELY DISREGARD IT IN THEIR FINAL RULING. Thanks a lot.

Terrifyingly Incompetent

Instead of completing the W-9 themselves, RealPrize decides to let the customer do all the work. In my case, it's taken sending in THREE TIMES. The issue is still not resolved. These people are terrifyingly incompetent.
