They are known to try and "rug" players who took advantage of their generous promotions they would offer early on. This clearly did not work as planned, as chargebacks have left this platform in ruins. Nice try, Max.

Sunspin emailed customers explaining to redeem their current balances before the beginning of the new year. As instructed I requested a gift card for my balance owed. Never received, sent multiple emails to support with NO RESPONSE. I'm not sure what kind of changes they are making but not honoring their word and screwing customers is not going to work for anyone if they think they are going to keep in business. I've seen many many others complaining about the radio silence from them after trying to redeem recently. Apparently they think screwing us over is an option and we will go quietly. If I don't get a response or the GC I requested I assure anyone that reads this I will make sure everyone knows. I am connected to some high rollers who may or may not have live streams that would love to share this information to protect their viewers. Wouldn't that be a darn shame.

They started out so well, responding to emails quickly. They had great daily bonus log ins, started off giving 5 sweeps coins for mail ins. Then went to 3. Now I think they are at 1. Like someone else mentioned, the verification was easy, and I redeemed $105.00 once pretty quickly.
I knew something was going on when they took down their daily bonus, and also their buy in option! You cant even buy to play anymore! I had gotten an email saying they were working on fixing things to make it better for their customers... that was a lie.
I redeemed what I had into a gift card and i have yet to see it come through. I have emailed them several times with no reply.

Horrible I’ve been trying to contact support for over 3 weeks now, they don’t reply!!!! They haven’t paid me out $300, it’s a scam site they take your money but don’t pay out!!! Will be complaining to any and every possible agency!!! To taken down! Class action suit coming there way for sure

This casino started out good, the verification was easy, and I redeemed $100 twice, it took over 2 weeks but I did get them. Then on Nov. 23rd I put in a redemption for $270 and it’s still pending almost a month later. I’ve submitted several emails, with no response at all. I’ve never had this problem with any other casino. I can no longer buy coins, and the bonus section says under maintenance. They had no problem taking my money on multiple occasions, until I put this most recent redemption. If I don’t get my money soon, There are laws to protect against this kind of thing, and I will go after them. It is wrong to take money and not deliver on their end of the deal. The fact that they are not even responding to any of these reviews anymore is an admission of guilt as far as I’m concerned.

SunSpin's been good to me. They redeemed out my 2,000 bucks and customer support was really nice.

So I won a hundred dollars. Went to connect my account to redeem to my bank account. They keep denying my account saying it dont meet the standards.or pass some bull crap.then I contacted them. They said they have nothing they can do. As it's the third party company that connects to my account. Fine. So I went with the gift cards that supposedly takes 1-3 days after approved. Its been over a week and a half still have not received my gift card. I've read that this casino is a scam. Do yourself a favor and dont play here at sunspins.us casino scam scam scam.

Will not respond to emails about my redemption. I redeemed for gift cards on November 19th and they came through the next day. Got approved for a bank transfer on November 20th, but it just stayed in pending status for nearly 2 weeks. So I canceled that transaction and went for gift cards... still pending. I have emailed three times and every time I get their generic automated email telling me somebody will be in touch within 24 hours but then I never hear from them again. They are not giving bonuses or allowing new purchases, they say everybody has to get their redemptions in by December 31st but they're not even paying out anymore. My original bank transfer Redemption was November 20th and I still have not received anything from that transaction to this day. They say that they are revamping their platform but I say they are probably going under that is the only explanation for why they can't or won't pay anybody out.

So they have decent games. However, I got as high as you can go VIP wise "inferno," and it is NOT worth it. I got nothing for it. No higher daily log-in bonus ( they actually lowered it from $1.60 to $1.00 daily), no free SC, no discount packages. Absolutely nothing. Way better online sweeps casinos out there that actually value your VIP level. I have yet to get even close to cashing out so no longer putting money into this site until they improve it. I recommend Pulsz, Pulsz bingo, MyPrize, actually any other site over this one.

Don't play on this scam of a site, I had 3 bonuses saved that I was going to play later, however, when I loaded into the games all of the bonuses where gone. When I contacted support they said all of the bonuses where paid out correctly. All 3 bonuses paying 0x is impossible as one of the games was book of sun choice, where you have to select the expanding symbol before the bonuses begins. Avoid this trash scam of a site!

Thought it was a decent site. It's not. Customer service is terrible. Went to cash out a measley Hundo and EVERY BANK ACCOUNT I HAD WAS REJECTED. So i was forced to get a giftcard. They don't respond eitherway so I probably won't even get that. Claims of 24/7 live customer service is bold face lie.
