3 weeks to arrive and they are the cheapest poor quality shorts , you can see through them . Total rip off , the face book video is very clever and makes the shorts look great quality . I paid £50 for 2 pairs of shorts you could buy for £5 each . Scam
The item advertised was not the same item I received. Ralph Lauren emblem is not on the chest as picture shows !

The situation you’ve described is not the type of service to expect when shopping at Flannels.
Just opened a tin from Christmas. Firstly I’m disappointed in my self for not recalling what tight arsed family member bought me this tin of cheap sickly tasting crap . terrible flavours, the nice ones missing . And as for the wrappers ! Wow ! who ever gave the go ahead for this idea is lucky to still be in a job . Don’t try and pass it off as helping the planet , quite frankly when I’ve sat down after a hard days work with a nice cup of tea and a box of chocolates , saving the planet ain’t top of the agenda . Any way I’ve slung them in the bin and hopefully will never have the misfortune of opening a tin ever again .
Bought some new blades , waited the 4-5 days for delivery, then 8 days later they emailed to say it wasn’t in stock and I can have my money back . Yet still for sale on website . Wasted my time .
Order and delivery was great , packaging was old and ripped and the glass plate of the microwave was rested on top with no protection. It wasn’t broken but if the package had been put down upside down it would have been. Other than that good product.
Bought a lamp for my oven , when it arrived the box was old and come apart. I put the bulb in the oven which was a very baggy fit compared to the last one . It didn’t work so the bulb was faulty . I emailed them back to ask for a replacement that was over two weeks ago and they have still not bothered to reply. Will have to buy new from a more reputable company .
