A fantastic shop full of very helpful and enthusiastic people as well as a very wide range of power tools to choose from. Happy to go out of their way to help you and if they dont have what you want, they order it in a timely manner. Definitely my go to for power tools and accessories.

Phoned to get help with delivery as DHL driver mistakenly took my order to a Royal Mail Depot. Didn't know where the parcel was but CNS Tools assured me they could sort out the delivery with DHL and get them to correct address.

I have been using CNS years. I have always had a warm welcome from the staff. Very proffesional and polite. Bought loads of different tools and accessories, never had any issues. They have even ordered items in for me that they don't stock. It's my 1st stop shop for all my tools. Can't fault them.

Got a small Dewalt tool box Some sort of sticker removed from the top and front so tool box arrived with this glue on it not something you would expect from a new product. Tired to clean the glue off but proving very difficult.

So very disappointed. Received Hyundai Air Compressor. Set it up but appeared to loose power . Didn’t need it for few days so waited for my son to return from travels to check I had set it up correctly. All ok but lost little power after set up but still should have been sufficient to work my stapler .
Emailed them ( within the 10 day return window and to the sales team as per instructions on site ) as thought maybe the bigger one would work better and asked them to approve return and then I could order the bigger model . No reply . Resent email 3 days later when no reply . Now another 2 full working days and no response received.
I cannot manage without a working compressor so will have to order a new one but most certainly will not be with this company !!
I will be guidance on trading standards site to see how I need to proceed !

Price you see on the ticket isn't the price at the till

I placed an order with this company because the item was available at short notice and at a good price. Delivery was quick and easy. I have gone out of my way to find where I can write a review of this company because the after Sales care is so impressive. After delivery, I had a question related to the product. I phoned the number on the website and spoke to somebody who was very helpful and happy to answer my questions. All round excellent service.

Very disappointed, not only because the order arrived damaged, but I then had to email three times and call twice before anyone in their customer service actually did anything.

Sending out a damaged box is not acceptable (when you were showing you had a further 8 in stock), especially this time of the year when people are buying gifts, but to fail to respond to three emails is just not acceptable for a business that has been around for so long.

It's a shame as not only have you lost a sale, but you've also lost a customer and the only reason why you've got two stars and not one, is that you refunded me very quickly, so that I do appreciate.

I bought a few cowl, the price from CNS is a lot cheaper and the products were delivered really fast.

Had to reorder from these because powertoolworld refunded me!

Avoid this company, I had a mitre saw delivered and was left unsigned for and stolen from my doorstep. Good communication to start off with when I first let them know what had happened but now this company is now ignoring me. DHL came to my house 5 days after the complaint and hoodwinked my adolescent son to sign a form for a dispute which turned out he’d signed for the delivery. Completely screwed over. Regardless of the reply, I haven’t received the saw and am out of pocket. Typical example of the small person getting done over. If you want a product go and pick it up.

Outstanding service. Purchased a dewalt circular saw. Opted for free delivery (3-5 days), it arrived the next. Good prices. Don't hesitate. Recommended company!

Just bought makita 18v grinder. The price was great. Delivery to Orkney Isles was quick. Will definitely use again as I build up my Makita 18v tools

Excellent experience
Ordered a Makita Angle Grinder and Makita Light on 23rd Dec and said would be delivered on 28th which given 24th Xmas Eve and a Saturday and 27th a Bank Holiday but to my surprise order arrived this morning
