No customer service

Bought a lamp for my oven , when it arrived the box was old and come apart. I put the bulb in the oven which was a very baggy fit compared to the last one . It didn’t work so the bulb was faulty . I emailed them back to ask for a replacement that was over two weeks ago and they have still not bothered to reply. Will have to buy new from a more reputable company .
