Review of Biscuiteers
I ordered biscuits for a friend leaving hospital. The payment glitched and the order was cancelled. After emailing and calling 4 times on successive days to try and re-instate the cancelled order, I got an answer machine on every occasion and left messages. I've heard nothing back. No email, no phone call - nothing. I'm going to send flowers instead but my friend's been home for almost a week now and the welcome home suprise I'd planned is spoilt. Based on my experience Biscuiteers clearly don't need new customers and don't care if things go wrong.

Review of National Tyres and Autocare
Danny, the manager and Luke, the mechanic went above and beyond to find practical solutions to sort out my brakes and tyres when I was completely stressed and miles from home. Danny was professional, friendly and his assurances and solutions gave me absolute confidence that they were going to solve the problems for me - and they did. Luke stayed late to work on the car, explained clearly what the problems were and what he was doing at each stage (without patronising me). In all it took them 9 hours to sort the car out but they made an incredibly stressful situation bearable by their professional and friendly attitude. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Review of APC Overnight
The package was delivered with one end sealed and the other opened with the contents hanging out. One of the rails hanging out was damaged (bent) and will have to be replaced.

The advice I received by phone was first class, polite, professional and friendly. The fireplaces were delivered exactly when I was told they would be and were put in each of the two downstairs rooms for me. The fitting was straightforward and they look gorgeous.
