Non existant customer service

I ordered biscuits for a friend leaving hospital. The payment glitched and the order was cancelled. After emailing and calling 4 times on successive days to try and re-instate the cancelled order, I got an answer machine on every occasion and left messages. I've heard nothing back. No email, no phone call - nothing. I'm going to send flowers instead but my friend's been home for almost a week now and the welcome home suprise I'd planned is spoilt. Based on my experience Biscuiteers clearly don't need new customers and don't care if things go wrong.

Thank you for your feedback, we're so sorry for the issues you encountered completing your order via our website and for the inconvenience caused. Due to the recent law changes in purchase verifications and requirements there is a much longer process involved in approving an order.
