Non existant customer service
I ordered biscuits for a friend leaving hospital. The payment glitched and the order was cancelled. After emailing and calling 4 times on successive days to try and re-instate the cancelled order, I got an answer machine on every occasion and left messages. I've heard nothing back. No email, no phone call - nothing. I'm going to send flowers instead but my friend's been home for almost a week now and the welcome home suprise I'd planned is spoilt. Based on my experience Biscuiteers clearly don't need new customers and don't care if things go wrong.
