The advice I received by phone was first class, polite, professional and friendly. The fireplaces were delivered exactly when I was told they would be and were put in each of the two downstairs rooms for me. The fitting was straightforward and they look gorgeous. I've no hesitation in recommending this company or the Celtic fireplaces.
